Hello everyone, I’m thrilled to be back on the blog and share some fresh pictures I captured recently on a wonderfully sunny day! The warmth and brightness made it feel like spring is just around the corner, and I can hardly wait. To align with that uplifting energy, I created this vibrant and colorful outfit, entirely inspired by a stunning pashmina shawl scarf from Sure Design Clothing .
What I love most about this piece is the exquisite Nepalese mandala patterns, beautifully arranged in earthy tones. It’s handmade using a luxurious blend of cashmere and silk, making it incredibly light, soft, and perfect for adding a lively touch to any boho outfit.
This gorgeous shawl scarf is available online in four unique colors. Don’t miss out use my exclusive code CIRCLEOFKURISU at checkout for 10% off! Plus, they offer worldwide shipping!
A key part of this outfit was the lovely mandala earrings, which are now available in my online shop. Be sure to visit my Instagram page @circleofkurisu__art to explore more unique designs! I’ll be sharing even more pictures in the coming days! Stay tuned, and feel free to send me a DM to place your order.

November Palette
Hello everyone, Last weekend I was visiting Korçë, Albania and I found myself walking through its old alleys which is something I truly enjoy. There’s an ancient feel here, something special that brings back memories of my childhood and family traditions. It’s the height of autumn, and the colors and atmosphere make it even more magical.
I can’t imagine finding an outfit that blends better with the autumnal tones on such streets. I was so excited to receive these new pieces from two of my favorite online shops based in Thailand: Thai Harem Pants and Sure Design Clothing ! I’m wearing this Olive Solid Color Cotton Handkerchief Midi Skirt – a piece I’m completely obsessed with. It’s the perfect autumn skirt with its unique pointed sides and it pairs effortlessly with any top! I styled it with a thrifted sweater and added this beautiful Thai Handwoven Cotton Shawl Scarf in green, crafted with botanical dyes. I adore its texture and how it complements the whole look.
Finally, I have this charming tote bag with a mushroom illustration – ideal for carrying extra essentials throughout busy days or using as an everyday bag. It is made with canvas material which makes it even more special. And it even has a hidden inner pocket, perfect for keeping your important items accessible without the hassle of searching. A must have for all the fairies out there! ^^
I hope you enjoyed these pictures and wish you all a Sweet November!

Pumpkin Queen
…And I, Kurisu, the Pumpkin Queen, Have grown so tired of the same old thing…
I’m thrilled to share these photos with all of you! I’ve been brainstorming this photoshoot idea for a while and I’m delighted with how it turned out – spooky yet adorable! The entire process was so much fun and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. Now you know why I chose a big pumpkin this time… it needed to fit my head! Haha… All hail the Pumpkin Queen!
Inspired by Jack Skellington, I decided to wear this black-and-white outfit from @lotustribeclothing I haven’t worn this top and skirt since Ozora Festival and putting them on again brought back so many memories. This Venus Top is one of my absolute favorites in my wardrobe! I adore its pointed cut at the front and how it beautifully showcases the back. The tie-dye pattern was love at first sight and I think it’s perfect for a Halloween party too!
What makes this top even more special is that it’s handcrafted from silky cellulose rayon, ensuring that it will fully decompose years from now when it’s finally worn out. As you know, I’m passionate about supporting brands that are handmade, ethical, sustainable and earth-friendly!
The wrap skirt is from the same brand and I love how it complements all body types. This time, I wore it with tights, and it still looks fantastic!

I, I live among the creatures of the night…
Friendly Reminder: This Halloween, try to opt for earth-friendly options for your costume instead of mass-produced plastic ones! Remember, this celebration has deep connections to the Earth and making mindful shopping choices helps protect the only planet we live on. There are so many ways to create spooky outfits without purchasing what’s on store shelves right now. Choose conscious brands, recycle or reuse pieces you already have, and let your imagination run wild! Create a character that truly suits you.
“I notice that Autumn is more the season of the Soul than of Nature” – Nietzsche
~ This quote resonates deeply with me. I have an appreciation for every season, each offering its own unique beauty…Generally, I thrive in sunny weather. Spring feels like my personal rebirth, a time when I bloom anew and summer holds a special place in my heart. I love it for countless reasons: the social gatherings, outings, beaches, festivals and of course, the vibrant summer wardrobe!
Yet, there is something distinctively soulful about autumn. It truly feels like a season for introspection. For me, September feels more like the start of a new year than January ever does. As summer fades, and travels wind down, there’s a subtle transition back to routine. We return to work, organize our lives, and prepare for what lies ahead.
Simultaneously, autumn’s crisp air, the first rains, and the overcast skies invite us to seek comfort in our spaces, encouraging moments of solitude. It feels like a time to prepare for the long winter, to reflect after a summer of adventure, relaxation and fresh inspiration. Autumn, in its quiet way, feels like a necessary pause before the next chapter unfolds.
Enjoying the last warm days wearing these autumn palette set by @lotustribeclothing – “Sahara” halter top and wrap skirt from their Island Collection. Both pieces are ethically crafted featuring hand-tied and hand-dyed silky cellulose rayon fabric. Gotta love the combination of colours and the tie dye pattern!
They are designed with adjustable ties to wrap your body in the perfect way. You can order these items at lotustribeclothing.com, where you’ll find a wide range of colors to suit your style. Don’t forget to use my code CIRCLEOFKURISU for a 20% discount! World wide shipping!
Such earrings have their roots in ancient temple statues from the Chola dynasty in India where similar shapes can be observed in motifs, dating back to around the 300s BCE. They were initially worn by dancers during performances to enhance their expressions and makeup but also to add more mystery to their dance.
Indian chokers are a beautiful blend of tradition, culture and exquisite craftsmanship, making them a cherished accessory in Indian fashion. The tradition of wearing chokers dates back centuries in India, with royal families and nobility often adorning these pieces as a symbol of status and wealth.
Today is Mabon – a pagan holiday that celebrates the autumnal Equinox. As the wheel turns, may the balance of day and night bring you peace and abundance. May the second harvest bring you the fruits of your hard work, may your heart be filled with gratitude for all that you receive. May the warmth of the autumn sun fill your heart with love and the cooling winds bring you clarity.
Blessed Mabon! Happy Autumnal Equinox! And wish you all a peaceful Libra Season!
Dear Blog, It’s been a while since I last posted, so I thought it was time to grace you with a long article about my incredible experience at Ozora Festival 2024!
It felt so good to be back to this tribal gathering after 5 years! I am so glad to see it grow and evolve! So grateful that there is a place on Earth that paradise really exists!
OZORA is not just a music festival to me… It is so much more than that! It is a lifestyle, a psychedelic town, a culture, a school that teaches you how to appreciate the little things in life, how to learn to be present and just be… it teaches you to remember and connect with the Earth and other people from all around the world…all different and unique in their way but on the dance floor we are all the same, sharing loving vibrations and vibing high! We were longing for this and we can say that our hearts are filled with so much love, awakened to sacred knowledge, our bodies are tired but our souls full of peace and pure bliss! Thank you for this amazing edition!
Opening Ceremony of the MAIN STAGE!
This year Lotus Tribe Clothing took care of almost all my day time outfits in Ozora. All the items are from their Island Collection, hand cut, hand sewn, hand tied and hand dyed in tie dye style with lots of love and intention.
This was my look for the Opening Ceremony of the Ozora Main Stage! I was wearing the Rainforest Halter Top with adjustable fit ties at neck and back. It was so comfy and light for the very hot days in the festival! ~ To match the top I was wearing this Fae long skirt in the same color which also turns into a dress with a pixie cut bottom and stretchy top.

On one of the days as I was strolling through the enchanting installations and oases of OZORA, I was wearing this stunning Venus Top in Lightning Tie Dye by @lotustribeclothing I absolutely adore its V-shaped cut and the adjustable design that fits all body types. Regardless of how your body evolves over time, this top will always flatter your figure, making you look effortlessly elegant! It is handcrafted from silky cellulose rayon, ensuring it will fully decompose many years from now once it’s finally worn out.
I paired it with this light and comfortable black wrap skirt, which perfectly complements the top, making it truly stand out!

It was such a pleasure to meet you @ajjaleu again in Ozora, this time with your lovely little family! @taninamunchkina. So much love and gratitude for you and everyone who was part of this magical journey!
Feeling refreshed and free in my skin, loving this teal outfit from the latest Island Collection by @lotustribeclothing . I don’t typically wear shades of blue, but I’m in a phase where I’m exploring new colors beyond my usual earthy palette. I absolutely adore this teal shade! It’s so summery!
Both the Tie Dye Halter Top and Wrap Skirt come in a one-size-fits-most design! They feature adjustable ties, ethically crafted from silky soft cellulose rayon fabric. Each piece is individually hand-tied and dyed.
To complete the look, I added this Turquoise Glitter Scarf which can be styled in various ways but I prefer wrapping it as a head bandana!

Truth is, I am still processing the invaluable lessons I gained from Ozora this year… I am convinced that, as humans and children of this incredible, living Earth, we carry sacred wisdom within our souls. Yet, through years of living within a poisoned system, we’ve forgotten our true nature. It’s gatherings like this that help us remember… at least, that’s how it works for me and for the thousands who attend this beautiful manifestation of deep connection.
The creative spirit flows within all of us. We are all creative beings, but it’s essential to remember how to harness this powerful force we each possess. Through my 29 journeys around the sun, the lesson I keep returning to is simple: LOVE! Learn to love yourself again. Learn to love each other, the animals, the plants… because becoming a better person is also about reconnecting deeply with nature.
We have a sacred responsibility to understand her cycles, nurture her well-being and shift the frequency of disconnection. We are social beings and nothing brings us more joy than gathering in nature to celebrate life. I believe that higher dimensions exist, where we are all one.
Tune into this connection as much as you can with an open heart, respect for yourself and reverence for all living beings. Maybe then, the illusions and suffering will dissolve. We all hold the power to make this world a better place. It’s the small acts of kindness that truly transform the energy. Try to remember…
“Since the beginning of time mankind has used music and dance to commune with the spirit of nature and the spirit of the universe” – Babaji Goa Gil
Another day, another look
This time wearing the Purple Passion Tie Dye Wrap Skirt with a ruffle trim at bottom, handmade and hand-dyed with love by @lotustribeclothing . Love the rich purple tone with lighter lavender streaks.
I chose this Sunburst Bra in Lavender to complete the look. It comes with a built in bra which makes them so comfy and a perfect choice when dancing to heavy beats! (The girls that get it, get it…)
On this day, I was wearing the Fire Butterfly Top paired with the Fire Tie Dye Wrap Skirt. The design and cut of the top are simply irresistible with its butterfly shape in the front and the intricate criss-cross lacing at the back, allowing for an adjustable fit. Despite being one-size-fits-most, it hugs the body perfectly.
The wrap skirt, hand-dyed in the same vibrant pattern, complements the top beautifully. I adore the combination of black and orange for it gives off fierce jungle warrior vibes! What do you think of this look?

Also this year, I think I spent more time at the Cooking Groove – the community kitchen where you can cook your own meals and enjoying some great company. It’s a wonderful spot to learn different cooking techniques, including some ancient ones. The atmosphere is lively with organic music, people dancing and singing while cooking or just chilling in the shade of the trees. Next to it is the Fairy Garden, where spices and various plants grow, adding to the overall experience.
One of the many reasons why I love Ozora is the variety of activities available beyond the dance floor. I am mostly a nighttime dancer so I like to take advantage of the day time to explore the other stages this festival has to offer. On one of those days, I found myself at the Ginko Stage, following a lecture titled “What are you without your chaos” by Martina N.Deak. Imagine having a total blast one night before and then, the next day, attending a professional lecture on self-awareness. It was a profound experience that helped me connect some important dots.
The day of the main stage closing arrived, bringing with it a wave of emotions…It’s a deeply significant moment, but after days of dancing, exhaustion has set in. To fully savor the last moments of pure bliss, I craved for comfort, choosing to wear this @nordic.aliens.music T-shirt. It’s incredibly light and soft, perfect for those post-festival hangover days. It made me feel like a little happy alien grooving around the dance floor.
@nordic.aliens.music is a collective of psychedelic music producers, carefully curated and based in Cyprus, with operations in the UK. Be sure to check out their releases on Bandcamp: www.nordicaliensmusic.bandcamp.com for killer quality psy music!
Thank youuu OZORA for the happy happy happy moments! Until next time! <3

Hello everyone! I’m really excited to show you some new outfit pictures featuring these brand new items I just got from Thai Harem Pants and Sure Design Clothing. – two sister brands based in Thailand that are mostly focused in boho and hippie-style clothing, perfect for yoga, putting together awesome festival looks but also for every day life. What I love most about these brands is that they’re all about sustainability. Each piece is handmade by a group of skilled artisans who pour their hearts into every item. You can totally feel the love and care that goes into making them!
This time, I’ve picked out a few things from their latest collection of patchwork and stonewashed items. One piece that really caught my attention is this stonewashed jacket for its cool, old-school Hippie vibe! It’s just so neat! This jacket is going to keep me warm during Spring nights but also a perfect layer to add during the night in a festival. So comfy and warm!
These jackets are handcrafted with intricate Indian patchwork designs and then given a stonewashed look. They’re made from cotton material and come with big pockets and strong zippers. Plus, they’re lined with fleece, so they’re super comfy and warm. They come in lots of different colors, but you better grab one quick because they’re selling really fast! Jhumkas have been captivating attention since ancient times and continue to trend due to their uniqueness and charm. They are named after the distinct sound it makes. The term itself translates to ‘bell’ or ‘bowl’ , reflecting the prominent feature of its silhouette. This exquisite pair of earrings was originally an integral part of Bharatanatyam jewelry sets, exclusively worn for this traditional dance form. Over time, they became a global trendsetter, witnessing remarkable shifts in design.
I hope you enjoyed these pictures! Wish you all an amazing week ahead!

Crisp cold air…
Dear Blog, Winter has finally arrived, and I use “finally” because it seemed like it was a little bit late this year. I’ve missed the crisp cold air and the festive vibes that come with it. The colors of nature are shifting every day and I find myself incredibly grateful to dwell so close to its transformative beauty. It’s a reminder that life unfolds in phases and cycles, necessary for our growth and eventual bloom.
Winter, with its calm, teaches us about stillness. Most animals are in a deep sleep and certain plants are completing their life cycle. But in the darkness and quiet of Winter, there are profound lessons, for I believe that the shadow knows. This season encourages us to stay indoors, staying closer to our loved ones. Compassion seems to linger in the air a bit longer.
It’s the time for reflection and letting go of anything that no longer serves us…..anything that blocks our path. It’s time to nurture ourselves and prepare to blossom anew when the time is right. Winter, the season that teaches us to embrace the cycles of life.
I was wearing this V neck long dress in grey by Sure Design Clothing. I love it’s sacred geometry design showing the beautiful symbol of the “Flower of Life”. I am obsessed with sacred geometry so this dress just had to be mine! It’s made from a super comfy, breathable crinkled cotton material that you can toss in the washing machine – no need for ironing. This dress is crafted in Thailand, blending international style with traditional craftsmanship. It’s a one-size-fits-most deal, so it’s designed to look great on a variety of body types. Easy, comfy, and stylish – it’s the perfect addition to your wardrobe.
The cardigan I am wearing it is also handmade by Sure Design Clothing. I have it since 2020 and it is still in very good conditions and I can say that I have worn it many times! If you would like to order Sure Design itemes, check out their site: https://www.suredesigntshirts.com/?ref=5YGB9 where you can use my code CIRCLEOFKURISU for 10% OFF! World wide shipping!

Samhain
Hello everyone! Is that time of the year…One of my favorite seasons. Most of us know it as Halloween…but this year I thought to share with the world the ancient roots of this celebration. Since one of my ways to express myself is through Photography, I thought to make a photoshoot dedicated its origin. I need to thank Oniro Photography for the incredible pictures! I hope you like them!
Samhain is a Gaelic Festival which originates from an ancient Celtic spiritual tradition since 2000 years ago. It played a significant role in laying the foundation for Halloween. The word “Samhain” comes from the Irish language name for November. The Festival begins on the evening of 31 October and ends at sunset, welcoming the dark half of the year. This is about halfway between the autumnal equinox (Mabon) and winter solstice (Yule).
At Samhain the division between human world and the otherworld is at its thinnest, which allows spirits or fairies to be more near and interact with us. ??♂️??♀️ This is why this celebration is associated with many important events in Irish mythology. People prepare offerings that are left outside villages and fields for fairies, or Sidhs (an irish name for a supernatural race comparable to fairies or elves). Celts would dress as animals and monsters so that fairies or spirits were not tempted to kidnap them.
Samhain it is also known as the “Witch’s New Year”. People engaged in rituals to predict the future, particularly concerning matters like death and marriage. Some of the rituals contain going to Nature, dancing, feasting and most importantly, building altars for the Ancestors. Apples had a strong link to the Otherworld and eternal life, while hazelnuts were connected to divine wisdom and pumpkins symbolized the end of the harvest. Some Wiccan families cast a circle and think of their dead loved ones and share their stories.
This whole look was created with these ethically made items by Lotus Tribe Clothing . Thought it is the perfect season to wear some of the items from their “Rust” collection. I love this long sleeve Ninja wrap which can be worn in different ways… especially its big hood and the see through details on the back. So my style! It almost matches the rust ruffle skirt which I think it is designed to wrap every body in a way that it will show your curves looking hot! This season is all about LAYERING and I get super excited when I’m happy with the results of my look! I also added this fire tie dye lace up tank which was love at first sight! Love the combination of colors melting together so perfectly! Last but not least, the Onyx flarred yoga pants that I have already worn in many other different looks and they always get to give a unique vibe each time! Super comfy and cute!

The Veil separating the the world of the living to the dead has parted, and the last harvest has ended. I cast my circle and invite into it my ancestors, and my loved ones who have passed through the Veil. Come to me and together lets celebrate this time here on Earth!
Blessed Samhain!

Octobering
One of these October days, I embarked on a nature expedition with my boyfriend and some friends. We headed to a fascinating spot called “Liqeni i Lepurit” and set up our camping tents. I couldn’t help but fall in love with the beautiful autumn colors all around us in nature!
Since we decided to visit Nature, I thought it would be a great idea to also shoot some pictures of course! Also the weather is so lovely these days…Not too hot yet not to cold…It’s just right for coming up with some unique outfits that mix both summer and winter pieces.
This time I was wearing this new adorable skirt by Thai Harem Pants. You can find it by the name “Solid Color Cotton Handkerchief Midi Skirt in Gray” at www.harempants.com . I love it’s light color and the pointed sides. It is very comfortable…yes, comfortable enough to even go hiking with a good pair of boots like mine which happened to be in the same color. The skirt comes with elastic back waistband and drawstrings also. Order yours with the code CIRCLEOFKURISU for 10% OFF! World wide and very fast shipping straight from Thailand!
Part of this look is my new backpack that I’m so obsessed with. I adore it’s tribal woven fabric and the combination of colors. So earthy! It can stay very well with any outfit I can create as a boho-hippie girl. I also like the fact that it is made with faux leather making it 100% vegan. It also comes with adjustable straps to fit you right. You can find it in the same site www.harempants.com where you can use my code CIRCLEOFKURISU for 10% OFF! Just in case you don’t know: Every item at Thai Harem Pants is handmade with love and care by a group of artisans.

Mabon
During the Autumnal Equinox me and Oniro Photography went in a very special place in Nature for Mabon rituals, making offerings and some magic! I am very impressed by her talent as a photographer and I’m so glad our vision synced since the beginning! You should definitely check her work out!
Mabon is a pagan holiday that celebrates the autumnal Equinox. A celebration that is also about the second harvest of the year making Mabon a very good time to give thanks. The name Mabon comes from the Welsh God, who was the son of the Earth Mother Goddess. He is often portrayed as a young man or warrior, is the cultural hero of one of the medieval Welsh myth, the Mabinogion. He is born a Divine Child and his birth is associated with some kind of miracle, like immaculate conception, similar to the stories of Jesus, Buddha and the Aztec man-god Quetzalcoatl. As a baby Mabon is kidnapped and taken to the otherworld (AKA underworld) and is eventually rescued, echoing the story of Demeter and Persephone, who are two figures from Greek mythology closely associated with the autumn and spring Equinoxes. Mabon also marks the first day of Libra Season in Astrology. This is a time from moving outward during the season of Virgo and the fullness of summer to a time of introspection. The Libra, with its focus on balance and harmony, is a turning point in the Wheel of the Year. Mabon also marks the end of the Witch’s Year marking the last sabbat holiday in the Wheel of the Year.
During this holiday, pagans often go apple picking as a way to celebrate. Apples are a common symbol of the second harvest during this time. People may use these apples in a special ritual, expressing gratitude to the Gods for the good harvest. Some might do a ritual to find balance and peace in their lives, as this holiday marks a day with equal daylight and darkness. Another common practice is setting up an altar with symbols of the season, like apples, grapes, and other things harvested at this time. And, of course, no celebration would be complete without a feast shared with family and friends.
Happy Autumnal Equinox! Blessed Mabon!
And wish you all a peaceful Libra Season!
This time I unleashed my inner Forest Elf with the help of the wonderful clothes ethically made by Lotus Tribe Clothing . Since the Halloween season is around the corner, here’s a reminder to shop mindfully for your costume! Why buying mass produced single use costumes when you can create unique looks and characters with sustainable items, handmade with love that you can wear any season of the year! This way you also take care of Mother Nature! I mean… what is the point of celebrating Nature if you don’t try to save her in the first place?
I’m in love with this Sage Pixie Skirt made of soft stretchy tree pulp viscose fabric knit with 10% elastane. Perfect to wear in festivals for all the lovely elven fae kin but also when hanging out during summer days and Autumn with leggings and other layers! The idea is to create as many looks as possible with just a few quality pieces made with love!
I combined this Pixie Skirt with this lovely Sage Ninja Wrap! I have another similar sleeveless one but since it fits me so much, I thought to order another one with long sleeves for colder days. It is designed to be soft and smooth, making it a great choice after a yoga session or for casual everyday wear. The part I love the most is its generously sized hood and the see-through detail on the back, adding a unique touch. You can tie the wrap in the front for a shirt-like look like I did this time or wrap it around the back, or leave it untied and use it as a layering vest.

Blissed Out
Dear Blog, It’s summertime, and you know what that means – time to chill a bit and soak up the good stuff around us. During these precious months, I find it liberating to grant myself a gentle respite from the relentless pursuit of productivity and embrace the beauty of being present in the moment. I like to take it easy and enjoy all the things I can’t do the rest of the year. I’m talking about hitting the beach, getting out in nature, going to some vibrant Psy Festivals, reuniting with my cherished soul tribe and friends to have a blast together. Summer is all about socializing and embracing the awesome things this time of year has to offer. Lately, I’ve been traveling around, working on music, and spending quality time outdoors with my people. These experiences pump me up and keep me going strong, giving me the motivation to tackle my projects when the timing is just right.
This time I am delighted to share with you some pictures I took in nature during these very hot summer days. The whole outfit I am wearing is by Lotus Tribe Clothing – a brand that holds a special place in my heart as one of my all-time favorites! What sets this brand apart is its unwavering commitment to eco-friendliness, crafting ethically-made products from plant-based fabrics that leave no harmful footprints on our precious environment. You know what’s even cooler? For every item you buy from Lotus Tribe, they plant a tree! So, when you shop with them, you’re not just getting cool clothes, but you’re also helping out nature and all of us by adding one more tree to our big home. Let’s appreciate brands like Lotus Tribe Clothing that do their part to take care of our planet. It’s great to see fashion and nature coming together like this. Each piece of clothing becomes a little reminder to be mindful of our environment and do our part in keeping it healthy for the future.
This time I decided to create a monochrome look with these two pieces that match very well with each other. The Forest Blissed Out Crop was love at first sight! I love the forest green color but also it’s built in bra which I makes the life much easier for you don’t need to wear a bra during this very hot season which comes with a lot of sweat… It also has adjustable straps to fit your size and scrunched center puckering between the breasts. Perfect to wear in festivals but also for yoga or just hanging out.
The Forest Festival Skirt is now one of my favorite mini skirts in my wardrobe! I also have another one in Onyx (Black) which I love so I didn’t think twice before ordering the green one. I am obsessed with asymmetrical designs for they give the whole look a very Faery vibe! It is also very soft, light and stretchy! Aren’t they such a perfect combo? Order yours: www.lotustribeclothing.com and add my Discount Code: CIRCLEOFKURISU for 20% OFF the price! World wide shipping!
What is the main essential you cannot go to any festival without? For me is definitely the utility bags or belt bags/pockets! They are really a MUST if you want to enjoy the festival hands free from bags when you’re dancing, walking around etc. Why holding bags when you can have all your essentials wrapped around your waist? The Onyx utility bag has two pockets on the front and the biggest one is on the back. Also it’s adjustable wrap makes it possible to fit on any waist size!
The peacock Earrings are by Thai Harem Pants where you can find more unique jewelry! Use the same code CIRCLEOFKURISU for 10% OFF!
I hope this season is treating you well too, and all our readers are having a blast soaking in the goodness.
Thanks for reading, Kurisu
Cycles
It’s that time of the year again…The time when Nature starts to bloom and so do we. It’s the time when we say good bye to the Old Man Winter and open the door to the Colorful Spring Lady. I see Spring as a Woman for it is the season of rebirth and the energy feels so soft and feminine…The day is longer, the Sun shines brighter and we get rid of some layers of clothing, making us feel more free. This is a period of deep cleansing starting from the house, our wardrobe but also for our Souls.
Spring reminds me of my best potential, my higher self and what I can do to be her every day. Spring reminds me of Love as the Venus Season is just around the corner. Spring reminds me how important love is and I see it in Nature. How Nature gets back to it’s best potential by turning so green and so full of flowers and colors and light after a long, cold and dark Winter. It’s the cycle of Nature and cycle of Life and it reminds me that every dark period serves us to wake up to our best selves so we can be stronger, wiser and love more. You just need to trust the process and be open to feel all the feelings. Just as there are no mistakes and coincidences in nature, so in our lives, everything happens for a reason, regardless of how painful and tiring some events may seem. Some things are destined to happen for our highest good. All you need to do is to believe and love yourself so you can love Nature, so you can love others, so you can love your life and realize how wonderful it is that you are given the chance to exist and experience LIFE with all that it offers.
~ Photoshooting during a Spring Day at the park because I wanted to capture the moments when the first flowers are at the peak of their bloom. Don’t they look wonderful?

Riotous Roots
There is a special place in Nature, not so far from where I live where the Mountains block the electric waves and the noises of the city to help us hear the sound of the Wind blowing…To help us stop for a few moments looking at the screens so instead we start looking at the Trees, the Birds, the Grass and the Sky. No wonder why some rocks around here are filled with Crystals for those who are curious enough to dig… And if you look carefully, you can spot Mushroom rings in different areas that are believed to have been created by the Fairies. This place is as magical as it is simple…Those who have met me here know very well what I am talking about.
Pictures from the latest photoshoot in Nature during a very sunny day! I couldn’t miss this opportunity to take photos when the natural light is so perfect…it’s visible in the photos as well. I adore sunny days, especially during winter. But I have to admit that I am looking forward to Spring with all its colors and scents… and on this occasion I find the space to wish you all a Blessed Imbolc! The Nature is starting to wake up!
*For those who don’t know: First of February is the day that marked as “Imbolc” which is a cross-quarter day – a Fire Festival, sitting right between Winter Solstice on Dec 21st, and Spring Equinox on March 21st. The origins of this festival day run deep into the lands of our Celtic ancestors. The ancients knew exactly how to fan the flames of their connection with the Spirits. They knew where they resided: they had precise maps and diagrams that lived inside their stories, their myths, and their landscapes, telling them how to find their sacred ones. They had calendars and charts that told them when their Gods and Goddesses, their ancestors and animal guides would be available, ready for contact and communion. And they had rituals, rites, and sacred acts that they knew served as portals, bridges between our world and the Spirit lands, those liminal spaces where magic would always manifest. January was a long, hard month and Imbolc marked the first signs of hope that light and warmth were returning, offering a chance to celebrate surviving one of the roughest patches of the year. We tend to forget that we are still animals on a fragile planet. The tales remind us of our place in the natural order. The divinity acknowledged in these early Spring rites is the goddess Brigid, the queen of heaven. She is the greatest of the Celtic divinities and is closely associated with the land. She is the protector of the wells and springs. She is the guardian of nature, and therefore agriculture. She is specifically associated with livestock. As a fertility goddess, Brigid is also the patron of the poets, artists, and others who create. The Irish goddess Brighid is the keeper of the sacred flame, the guardian of home and hearth. To honor her, purification and cleaning are a wonderful way to get ready for the coming of Spring. In addition to fire, she is a goddess connected to inspiration and creativity. So, let us honor the Great Mother, the Queen of Heaven. May we be open to her many gifts of inspiration in this season of renewal.
I was wearing this hoodie shawl cardigan in cream and brown, handmade by the artisans of Sure Design Clothing. I love its pointed sides, the big hood, the embroidered pattern from the inside and of course the light cream color that seems to give light to every detail of the outfit. It’s pretty soft and warm at the same time. You can order it at the Pixie Collection on the website: www.suredesigntshirts.com where you can use my code CIRCLEOFKURISU for 10% Discount! World wide shipping straight from Thailand!
Another necklace handmade by me from the collection of necklaces with natural seashells and crystals. This time I combined this beautiful seashell with a star galaxy stone or “Galaxyite”. The size of the shell was perfect for this stone which was a little bigger from the other stones I used in this collection. Therefore also the chain is a little bigger and longer so it stays perfectly with the weight of the pendant. Galaxyite is a recently discovered mineral that contains microsized Labradorite crystals embedded in a large feldspar matrix. It’s believed to be sent to earth by the angels so that it can heal the earth! Just like Labradorite, Galaxyite is also considered a transformation stone, and it will assist in your mystical and spiritual transformation. One of its characteristics is cleansing, protecting, and balancing the aura that’s why it is also called the “Aura Stone”. This stone will enhance both your conscious and subconscious mind and be very helpful in astral projection and astral travel. Galaxyite creates unity and harmony within the processes of the mind which will bring about calm, relaxation, and stress relief. When worn or carried, it reflects wisdom and optimism and attract like-minded people.
Part of this outfit were another pair of tie dye leggings that I ordered at Thai Harem Pants. Yes, I will never be enough with them cause there are so many different patterns and colors that I can’t resist! They are made with super buttery-soft and stretchy cotton spandex blend fabrics which makes them perfect to exercise and do yoga also! Visit: www.harempants.com for more designs of leggings but also other items such as harem pants, jumpsuits, kimonos, dresses and also handmade jewelry. Use the same code CIRCLEOFKURISU for 10% OFF!
I hope you enjoyed this article and wish you all an amazing month ahead!

We can’t just run away from who we are…
Hello everyone, Today I am excited to share the full album of the last photoshoot I took for Halloween. This year I chose to be “Merida” from “Brave”. I’ve been thinking to dress up like her for many years now since she is part of the list of the redhead characters. I hope you like it!
“I am Merida, first-born descendant of Clan DunBroch, and I’ll be shooting for my own hand!”
This is the first time I use contact lenses in my life! So, thank you Merida for making me do this! It was really fun to see myself with blue eyes but I also have to admit that lenses are not comfortable at all! Just another thing in the list of “Things I do for ART”.
I was wearing this hooded sweater dress by Sure Design Clothing since it had the perfect color to match Merida’s dress. – You can find different styles and colors at the Pixie Section on: www.suredesigntshirts.com – Use my discount code CIRCLEOFKURISU for 10% OFF! World wide shipping!
I also used this vintage big belt that I found in my mom’s closet to hold the arrows and this handmade bow I have bought years ago from two indigenous artists.
The lovely Ivy Cuffs I’m wearing are handmade by @foxesandravens and they make me dive into the forest world every time I put them on! Love at first sight!
You can order yours with the code KURISU10 for 10% OFF at www.foxesandravens.com World wide shipping! Thank me later!
“Some say our destiny is tied to the land, as much a part of us as we are of it. Others say fate is woven together like a cloth, so that one’s destiny intertwines with many others. It’s the one thing we search for, or fight to change. Some never find it, but there are some who are led.”
A big THANK YOU goes to: • MUA: Klejdja Shypheja for helping make this character come to life! Check her out on tik tok for make up ideas!
“There are those who say fate is something beyond our command. That destiny is not our own. But I know better. Our fate lives within us. You only have to be brave enough to see it.”
Happy Halloween and Blessed Samhain!

The path isn’t a straight line. It’s a Spiral…
Hello everyone, Here I am, among the thousands of things I have to do, I found the time to write this article. It’s October…my favorite time of the year and for some reason, it always ends up to be one of the busiest months for me. It almost feels like I don’t have all the time to take care of my spooky projects that are so dear to me. But like every other year, I will do my best with the time that is given to me.
Some days ago I got a package from two of my favorite brands Thai Harem Pants & Sure Design Clothing – two sister brands based in Thailand that sell amazing clothing which are handmade and hand dyed from a group of artisans. It’s been more than two years that I order items from these brands and I have never been disappointed. The items are so unique and they totally fit with my style but also the material is so good and organic. I have to add that I never had any problems with the shipping and they always came so fast. So if you like the boho, hippie style and you want to support the slow fashion movement you should definitely check these sites out:
You can also use my discount code CIRCLEOFKURISU for 10% OFF! World wide shipping!
This time I ordered this beautiful tie dye dress from Thai Harem Pants and I am totally obsessed with it. Its colors are so vivid and it has this spiral design in tie dye that I love! The material is organic cotton and it also comes with a Care Guide. You can find different designs of such dresses in the site.
The color palette of this dress reminded me of Sunsets so I thought to shoot some pictures during the golden hour. The quality of the pictures is not the best since it got dark so quickly but I like the vibes.
The fluorescent necklace was the perfect accessory for this dress. It’s part of my Glow in the Dark Chakra Necklaces collection. You can order yours on my Etsy: https://www.etsy.com/shop/CircleOfKurisu or you can send me a DM on my handmade Instagram page for personalized orders: @circleofkurisu__art
I hope you enjoyed the pictures and I wish you all an amazing Spooky Season!

Momento Demento – MoDem Festival 2022
Dear Blog, Finally, I decided to sit down for a while and share with you my latest experience. I will try to do my best to express in words the magic that I have experienced these last days. I would really like to summarize everything as briefly as possible, but apparently a person like me does not find it easy to express with just a few words, even when it seems that words are not enough to describe something indescribable. But here I am and I am ready to talk about one of the most beautiful experiences of my life!
Since 2017, me and my boyfriend have been very obsessed about a Psytrance Festival before even attending it… We really wanted to go at that time but many events have happened during this period and finally after 5 years we managed to experience what we had been looking for so long… It’s called “Momento Demento” or “Modem Festival” in Croatia.
All those who have followed me over the years, know very well my love for the Psychedelic Scene and the support I try to give as much as I can with all my creative skills. So far I have been to some other Psy Festivals and parties around Europe, but I have to say that MoDem Festival was something truly unique!
We went there with a group of friends very prepared for the festival lifestyle. We decided to build our little camp just behind the main stage, called “The Hive” so we could be able to listen to all the sets even when we would be chilling at the tents. It was precisely this stage where the magic happened. We arrived a little earlier than the music started, so those first days we tried to do our best to have a very organized environment in our tents. Also, the excitement was so high because every day, new people came and put up their camping tents and we shared precious moments together. Also, what was very cool was the fact that from time to time, all of us who were there those days started to howl like wolves as a sign to show that we are eagerly waiting for the stage to open and the music to start!
Check out: www.psyland.live to listen to selected psychedelic music 24/7 and more!
And finally, the long-awaited day came and the stage opened. The energy was so high on that dance floor… Everyone was very happy that finally, after 3 years, The Hive was ON!
I don’t know where to start to describing this stage, but it was definitely the most beautiful one I have ever seen in my life! A perfect wooden structure where during the evening, lights and colors were released which created the most psychedelic visuals ever. That structure changed shape and color according to the music, making you not wanting to take your eyes off it for a second. At least that’s what happened to me and it’s very surprising because usually when I want to dance to the rhythms of psy music, I like to close my eyes and navigate in my imagination…but in this case, the whole imagination seemed to appear on the stage and I didn’t really want to miss any detail of its magic. Sometimes it seemed to me that it breathed, as if it was a living creature that gave us energy and strength to continue dancing as a big tribe. And sometimes when I saw it, it looked like a vulva that also represents the organ from which life is born… In a few words, that stage gave not only light, colors, sacred symbols, but life itself. It may seem very surreal, but this is exactly how I perceived that masterpiece! It was the first time I saw such a large group of people, on a dance floor of psy music, all of them focused on the wonders that the stage offered… Almost like a cinema to dance… or like a portal that connected us to many other dimensions…believe it or not! Also, it was the first time for me to dance on a dance floor where the DJs and artists are not visible… But you see and experience only the wonder of their art combined in a perfect way with the designers’ visuals. And I think this is a perfect way to appreciate more the art that psy artists create. That’s why I take the opportunity to thank all the artists and designers who worked to make this unique experience possible!
All the items I am wearing in this picture are handmade by Lotus Tribe Clothing. I was wearing the Sage Ninja Wrap, Sage Utility Bag and the Onyx Festival Skirt. Super comfortable and exactly the style I want to wear not only in a Forest themed festival but also in my everyday life! hehe Order your plant based, festival and yoga clothing at www.lotustribeclothing.com – You can use my code CIRCLEOFKURISU for 10% OFF when shopping at this site! World wide shipping! PS: Lotus Tribe plants a tree for every purchase!
In front of the Hive is the Mo:Dem Shop, where besides ordering healthy food and hot drinks, you can also visit the shop dedicated to this festival. There you can find some fantastic artworks made by different artists. I adore sacred geometry and I am always curious and excited to see new artworks related to these symbols.
Meanwhile on the other side of the festival… We had to go down some stairs built in the forest to get to the other stages. The moment you go down, you can look at the river where you can sit and spend relaxing moments. In front of the river there were some psy shops with clothes and accessories handmade by different artists. Heaven…I know!
Morning faces :3 ^^
Just like The Hive, there was also another impressive stage for alternative music, called “The Swamp” . It was decorated with a giant sculpture made by one of my favorite artists, Daniel Popper. And on the sides there were two structures like Pagodas where the artists would play the music.
The Swamp at night
In this picture I was wearing the tie dye hooded poncho jacket by Thai Harem Pants. I love it’s hand dyed pattern and the soft cotton material. You can order yours at www.harempants.com where you can also use my code CIRCLEOFKURISU for 10% Discount! World Wide Shipping!
– Also the pants are handmade by Lotus Tribe Clothing. You can find a similar pair and other designs at www.lotustribeclothing.com – You can use the same code CIRCLEOFKURISU for 10% OFF when shopping at this site! World wide shipping!
After The Swamp, the road leads to the Art Gallery where you can check some of the selected visionary and psychedelic paintings and designs by different artists. I took some pictures of some of my favorites:
And next to the Art Gallery there was the “Seed” Stage where you can chill and dance to some Chillout music.
View from our camping tents. We chose to call this “The Balcony” The last night at the Camping Area
These are more or less the pictures I took there. You can also check my Instagram and TikTok for more videos. But I have to admit that there is no amount of pictures and videos that can really show the magic of this festival…I’m telling you! I wish everybody in the world, gets to experience this festival once in their lives.
Thank you MoDem Crew for everything! See you again!
Listen with your Heart, you will understand…
Dear Blog, One of these days, I took some pictures while I was out with my best friend around nature. And most of the time it happens that after seeing the photos, I get even more inspired by them. In this case I experienced a feeling that took me back to my childhood and made me think a lot… Not far from yesterday, I posted on my Instagram a Reel where I was walking a path while the first drops of rain were falling and the wind was blowing… It was cool and it was a very nice feeling for a hot July day. I liked that video because it was very spontaneous and I seemed to be enjoying that specific moment so much… While I was thinking about the music I should put in the background, I remembered a song that has become viral recently, taken from “Pocahontas”…
“All around you are spirits, child. They live in the earth, the water, the sky. If you listen, they will guide you.” – Grandmother Willow (Pocahontas)
Let it break upon you Like a wave upon the sand
Listen with your heart You will understand
And what I wanted to say about the fact that I get inspired after seeing my photos is because there I am faced with a feeling that is created by my own being when I am in front of the camera. A feeling and image that I forget that I own… In this photo set, I was connected with my childhood even though I may look grown up. I was connected with that period because I realized that regardless of the years that pass, the child inside of me always appears in my image. And this shows in the way I move, the way I pose, the way I laugh and the way I look… Sometimes we forget how important it is to spoil the child inside us from time to time… but it seems to me that it appears very naturally.
One of the factors that help me connect with my essence is my dressing style. I may look like a rebel to some, but in my eyes, there lies the innocence of existence with all my imagination. When I was a child, I always dreamed of wandering through the jungle like Pocahontas, free and wild. And apparently this is a feeling that has accompanied me throughout my growth and will probably accompany me throughout all my life. All I can say is that it is a wonderful feeling that all people should experience.
And since we live in a “robotic” society where everyone follows trends, I have decided to wear what my soul has always lacked and what brings me closer to my authentic self.
Therefore, in this article I want to take the time to thank Lotus Tribe Clothing and all the other brands and artists who take their time by revealing their imagination to dress all the people like me all around the world. You have an unimaginable power that is so important for the development of the individual and the whole society.
All the pieces of Lotus Tribe Clothing are eco friendly because they are ethically made with plant based fabric. Also, in addition to the fact that they design clothes that do not harm nature, they also promote a lifestyle that has to do with the protection of our great home and our mother, Earth. Lotus Tribe also plants a tree for every purchase they make so keep in mind that every time you are buying from this brand you are also helping Nature and all of us with one more tree in our environment.
Sage Ruffle Skirt This skirt has superpowers, I’m telling you! I seriously think that it is designed to wrap every body in a way that it will show your curves looking fabulous!
Sage Utility Bag It really is Everything! I love it’s leafy shape and the fine embroidered details including the lotus flower in white. It has three pockets on the front and the biggest one is in the back. Also it’s adjustable wrap makes it possible to fit on any waist size! Perfect for festivals and other activities where you need to stay hands free from the bags. It can keep all your essentials wrapped around your waist!
I was also wearing this unique Onyx Shanti tank top. I really fancy the strap design in the back and it also has a built in bra! So, no need for any extra bra to wear this top. And I think this is awesome considering how annoying it is to wear a bra during hot summer days. It is also very comfortable to do sports, exercise, do yoga etc.

I really hope you enjoyed this article as much as I did writing it!

Litha
Hello everyone, Today is the longest day and the shortest night of the year. This day marks the “International day of Yoga” but also the “Summer Solstice” which is celebrated in many cultures of the world. Litha is a day of inner power and brightness. Litha is when a battle between light and dark takes place. In this battle, the Oak King and the Holly King who are brothers, battle for power. The Oak King, who represents daylight, rules from the winter solstice which is Yule to Litha. During this time, the days get longer. Everything has a cycle and as the Light reaches its peak so this is also the moment when the power of the Sun begins to wane. From now on the days grow shorter and the nights grow longer and we are drawn back into the Dark to complete the Wheel of the Year. But before welcoming the return to the Dark side of the year, and acknowledge this great turning point, we should celebrate! Blessed Summer Solstice to all!
Today I am also very excited to share with you these new pictures I took these days while walking around in nature with my best friend. I was wearing another adorable dress I just got by Sure Design Clothing. Seems like I am never enough with the dresses and shirts of this brand because I am obsessed with their super soft cotton material. The fabric is super light and perfect for the summer and I can wear them in everyday life but also for doing yoga. In their site you can find a huge range of such items in different colors and spiritual or psychedelic designs. Perfect clothing to also were on festivals! Part of this outfit were another pair of tie dye leggings that I ordered at Thai Harem Pants. I have already a few similar leggings but I am also excited to order more and more because I am in love with the patterns that the tie dye technique creates on fabric. They are super soft and stretchy which makes them perfect to exercise! Visit: www.harempants.com for more designs of leggings but also other items such as harem pants, jumpsuits, kimonos, dresses and also handmade jewelry. Use the same code CIRCLEOFKURISU for 10% OFF! Onyx
Hello everyone, I hope you are all enjoying this peaceful period that the month of May is giving us. To me it is like a period that slowly begins to present the summer season with all its magic. It seems to me that people are calmer, more positive, more motivated and inspired during this period as nature is at the peak of its flowering. The day is very long and it seems like there is time to do everything. And oh summer evenings are the ones I enjoy the most throughout the whole year.
So during these days I had more time to visit places with nature and of course, during the process of relaxation and grounding, I have also taken some pictures! I feel very grateful for my boyfriend who always tries to do his best to photograph me whenever I can not collaborate with a professional photographer.
This time I was wearing another outfit from a slow fashion brand that I really love, called Lotus Tribe Clothing. All their designs are eco friendly because they are ethically made with plant based fabric. Isn’t it awesome? Also, in addition to the fact that they design clothes that do not harm nature, they also promote a lifestyle that has to do with the protection of our great home and our mother, Earth. And of course, I could not be happier than supporting such a brand. I think it is very important that people start waking up from all this consumer chaos by not buying clothes that hurt us all collectively. Lotus Tribe also plants a tree for every purchase they make so keep in mind that every time you are buying from this brand you are also helping Nature and all of us with one more tree in our environment.
I was wearing this unique Onyx Shakti tank top. I really fancy the strap design in the back and it also has a built in bra! So, no need for any extra bra to wear this top. And I think this is awesome considering how annoying it is to wear a bra during hot summer days. It is also very comfortable to do sports, exercise, do yoga etc.

*Shakti embodies the active feminine energy and is the primordial cosmic energy thought to move through the universe. On the earthly plane, Shakti most actively manifests through female embodiment and creativity/fertility.
This time I chose to wear items from their Onyx Collection in which includes this lovely skirt too. It’s design is asymmetrical, giving the whole look an elven vibe. It can be worn as it is but also with leggings or flared yoga pants like the ones I am wearing. They just look perfect with these pants. You can find them by the name “Flared Yoga Pants in Onyx“. The material is stretchy organic cotton which makes them fit perfectly!
And adding one more layer in case it gets colder during the day. The Sage Ninja wrap is one of the items I love the most. The material is super soft and so stretchy it allows you to wear it in different ways like tying it in front or by wrapping it around the back or just by keeping it open like a vest.
I hope you enjoyed this photoshoot!

Near Summer
Dear Blog, It feels like now is the right moment to accomplish everything! I’m not sure if it’s the position of the stars or just the perfect weather of these days that has clearly boosted my mood! It is officially the peak of Spring in here and what is interesting is that in Albanian we call Spring “Pranverë” which literally means “Near Summer” … So yes, it feels like the weather is getting warmer and warmer and closer to summer than ever. It looks like the Spring is welcoming Summer with all that sunlight and colorful flowers. Ah Finally!
Surrounded by greenery, I thought of becoming one with nature…again. I love the fact that when it is Spring you can experiment and style your clothes and accessories in different ways making it possible to create lots of outfits. This time I decided to wear this up cycled dress by Foxes and Ravens. It is so comfortable, fresh and beautiful! The fabric is so light and I really like the way it drops on both sides. This dress was part of the Fantasy Everyday Wear Collection which consists of handpicked, up cycled, hand dyed and screen printed items with the adorable logo of Foxes and Ravens. I fell in love as soon as I saw this collection and I really like the idea that some clothes really deserve to be recycled and brought back to “life” in another new form!

Hello there everyone, I’ve been writing this article while I was in a beautiful mountain in Kastania, Veria, Greece. But I will probably write another article describing this experience because today I am about to show you some pictures I took some days ago wearing a comfy outfit from Sure Desgin Clothing & Thai Harem Pants , two sister brands based in Thailand.

This time I got this grey hoodie with a tree design and Om symbol in the middle printed in silver color. Honoring Spring
Hello my dears, Today I am very excited to share a new photoshoot with all of you and also my Taurean heart is exploding for the love of Spring! It is officially knocking on our doors and I am the happiest! When Nature blooms, I bloom.
As in other years, during this period, I have written about the arrival of Spring linking it to a very meaningful holiday for all Albanians, thinking of all the pagan tribes that have still preserved the traditions and beliefs. This holiday is called “Summer Day” and symbolizes the arrival of Spring and is the only pagan holiday that is still celebrated by every Albanian on every March 14th. It makes me feel very proud that we still celebrate these traditions as much as I am saddened by the fact that from all of those holidays, rituals and beliefs … there is only one that is still celebrated nowadays. I am saddened by the idea that all that worldview that is closely connected to our roots, has been lost in time. I personally have been very connected with paganism in general for years now but I would do anything to know even more about the pagan practices of my country to relate as much as possible to our past as it means a lot about who we are and what made us what we are today. But in order not to prolong, I am publishing here once again a summary of the informations I have found about this holiday as it is very important to me. Above all, it is a holiday that for many years has been celebrated only in my hometown called today “Elbasan” but in the time of Illyria was called “Skampius”. After years, this holiday took on greater proportions and today is celebrated throughout all Albania. I have always believed that the fact that I was born in this city is not accidental given the strong connection I have with the Pagan faith.
The Lunar Spring Day is a practice that also happens in other different countries that still manifest their pagan beliefs. People at that time used to make pilgrimages in the highest mountains of Albania so they could be as close as possible to their Sun God. The Fire was one of the elements which was considered a living, sacred or divine element used for rituals, sacrifices and purification. The Fire was also associated with the cult of the the Sun, the Hearth, and Fertility. So, during that day in the mountains, they would make a great fire which would be crossed by men and young people to symbolize the end of Winter. They prey to their Sun God for the goodness of the new year to come. The other Gods they used to believe were the Moon Goddess, The Sky, The Earth, The Stone, The Mountain, The Water and The Snake. Besides the ritual in the mountains, they would put flower wreaths on the doors of the houses for good luck. The oldest woman of the house would remain awake at night and would go from room to room to put down grass on the cushions of couples, young people and children which would symbolizes the regeneration. On the morning of 14 March, the elderly leave the door open as a sign of generosity and a pitcher filled with fresh water and take home a clump of green grass. The youngest fertilizes the orange and olive trees, but the smaller ones are the first to make the “lucky” visits to neighbors and relatives who give them dried figs and nuts. Finally lunch on 14 March, should be eaten outdoors in the company of friends and relatives.
These days, the ritual begins by cooking traditional sweets like “Ballakume” and “Revani” and making handcrafted bracelet of white and red strings. We keep these bracelets on our hands until we see the first pigeon specifically called “Dallëndyshe“, at that moment we take off the bracelet and put it on a flower or a tree so the pigeon can take it and build it’s nest. We still celebrate by gathering together with the family and friends, sometimes outside for a picnic in nature.
Talking about the today’s practices as I mentioned the red and white bracelet, I thought to dress in red for this photoshoot to also represent our National flag which has always been in red! I don’t really wear red in general because I think that my hair is enough but I immediately fell in love once I saw this red cardigan at www.suredesigntshirts.com – I thought maybe it’s about time I break this rule of mine. I love it’s light but warm fabric, the pointed parts on the sides, it’s hood and of course those two braids are such an adorable detail. You can order it online at www.suredesigntshirts.com and you can also use my discount code CIRCLEOFKURISU at checkout for 10% OFF your order!

Genie in the Woods
Dear Blog, Say hi to the first article for this new year! Lately I have been feeling very inspired and motivated. Maybe my New Year’s Resolutions have helped me to be more grounded to achieve my goals. On the other hand, it seems like the day is finally getting longer which means that the Spring is not so far and Spring time is such a Big Deal for me. I have mentioned it a lot on the blog also because it really has a an impact on my mood and senses. Keeping this in mind, I am excited to embrace the new cycle while I’m enjoying the resting, reflective and calming days of Winter while it lasts.
Ladies and Gentleman, I present you the most favorite look of my boyfriend! haha…No, but really he was amazed when he saw the pictures and he thinks that these shades of colors fit me the most. What do you guys think?
I was wearing these Genie Women’s Cotton Harem Pants in Brown by Thai Harem Pants – my best source of harem pants, palazzo pants, leggings, dresses etc. This pair is a choice I made for the winter season because their material is thicker than usual harem pants and they work fine with a pair of leggings under on cold days. The waist is elastic and has two pockets on the sides.
Order it: www.harempants.com Use the discount code: CIRCLEOFKURISU for 10% OFF!
This adorable hoodie shawl cardigan is just made out of the perfect colors! Love the combination of mustard and brown! It is really unique for it’s asymmetric and pointed sides and warm enough!
Dear Blog, The countdown to the New Year has just started and I’m getting a little bit emotional. These days I have been scrolling through the memories of my 2021 to remind myself of all the things that I have done, goals I have achieved, people I have spent time with etc. While watching all those pictures and videos I realized that a big part of my year was about my handmade creations. I noticed that I have spent so much time on designing those jewelry and decorations, taking pictures of them, publishing and delivering to all of you who have been called by my craft. Believe it or not, I am surprised to find out that I have designed more objects than I thought I had! So yeah, I’m proud of how far I have come and I would like to share all my 2021 creations once again here on my Circle! I am very grateful for all of you who have been supporting me and my passions since day one. It means the world to me. Thank you!
Dear everyone reading my blog, It has been a very busy period with a lot of tasks to finish and as long as I am a multitasking kind of person, I guess it will always be like this and so far I’m learning that with time it might get even worse! So I’m just learning to flow with it cause what else can I do? You already know how I find myself in so many different artistic projects and I try to dedicate my time to each one of them. So no, I’m not here to complain… not at all. I am just showing up here in my personal virtual space with a fresh post! Showing you more and more of my Circle!
When I look at these pictures, I get a feeling! A feeling I have felt long ago and since then, every time it comes it awakens something inside me. It reminds me of a place I have never been but it feels like I know it very well. It reminds me of some sweet voices that I had never heard before but they felt like I knew who was talking. A feeling that reminds me of some words in a certain language that I don’t understand but I could totally get the meaning of. When I saw these pictures, this same feeling awakened. Maybe this time it has to do with this image of me. Walking my path while wearing art pieces that bring my image closer to that place…the sacred realm of Fantasy flourishing along with my existence.
Need to thank Lotus Tribe Clothing for making me feel myself to the core and making me look like a fantasy creature with their magical clothing! I am definitely obsessed with the sage items I have ordered. I have worn this Sage Ninja Wrap and the Ruffle Skirt during summer too and they looked amazing! But since it isn’t still that cold now in Albania, I thought to create a look with these items that could be an option for the warm Autumn days as well.
Sage Ruffle Skirt
This skirt has superpowers, I’m telling you! I seriously think that it is designed to wrap every body in a way that it will show your curves looking fabulous!
Sage Ninja Wrap
I love the fact that this Ninja Wrap can also be turned into a vest and can give a totally different look. It is very soft, light and stretchy and you can style it different ways! It comes with a big hood and see thru detail on back.
All the Lotus Tribe Clothing are ethically made with earth friendly fabrics and packaging. I highly recommend all of you to visit www.lotustribeclothing.com to get to know more about the sustainable world of fashion and shop consciously! “By night one way, by day another”
Dear Blog, That time of the year has come again! It’s finally Halloween, my favorite season and it shows! Like every year, this time I came up with another photoshoot for this Spooky Season with a character that I had never even imagined myself in.
Ta-Daaa! It’s Fiona from Shrek but a little more personalized. This year I was not very clear what costume to wear on Halloween so I made a list of all the redhead characters that might suit me. Just a few days ago while looking for a movie to watch, the spooky episodes of Shrek appeared and I immediately had the idea to become Princess Fiona!
And that’s when the dilemma began as to whether I should appear in her human form or as an ogre. And sometimes when I cannot decide, I try to find the balance in between. In this case I decided to represent Fiona in both her forms. To do this, the make-up artist and eyebrow fairy Elbartistry helped me out! I adore her passion for make up and I am very happy with the result. What do you think of it?
I have loved Shrek since it first came out when I was just a child. At that time I was amazed by the realization and the fact that it was just so funny! Now as an adult, I appreciate the movie even more for the messages it conveys. Especially for the fact that it shows that true love exists and is found in every being. I also love that Fiona and Shrek are not the perfect couple we are used to see all our lives on TV. But despite not looking “perfect”, they are adorable together and they reflect kindness and love and I think that is the most important thing in a relationship. At the end of the day, what makes you beautiful is your soul, your heart and your character rather than your appearance.
“By night one way, by day another / Thus shall be the norm / Till you receive true love’s kiss / then, take love’s true form.”
“It’s a spell! When I was a little girl, a witch cast a spell on me. Every night I become this, this horrible ugly beast! I was placed in the tower to await the day when my true love would rescue me. That’s why I have to marry Lord Farquaad before the sun sets, and he sees me… like this.”
“But how would you kiss me?”
“Only the true love’s kiss can break the spell.”
I didn’t buy any specific costume for this character. I was lucky to have a velvet dress in green that looked a little like her dress. The vest was a last minute choice to make the character closer to Shrek style. As I mentioned at the beginning, this is a personalized Fiona.
The only thing I could buy this year would be her crown but I did not find anything that could resemble hers so I used one of the crowns that I made myself with resin. It may not be the most suitable crown but when I saw it set with the whole look, it seemed the perfect choice.
The “hardest” part was finding the green ear! I did not have time to order it online so I had the idea to create it myself with paper clay. A big thank you goes to my friend Mystic Lunativa who helped me with tips on how to use this material. It could not have been more beautiful than that!
That’s it for this post! I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did and wish you all a Happy Halloween and Blessed Samhain to all the witches!

Lotus Tribe
Hello there, I am so excited to finally share this photoshoot I took a few days ago showing off my Lotus Tribe Clothing outfit! This is an eco friendly clothing brand which designs plant based women’s wear especially for yoga. And I have to say that I really find myself in this shop so I ordered a few items and here I am! Hope you enjoy the pictures!
The Ninja Wrap in Sage was love at first sight! Literally the first thing that I wanted to order! I really love it’s shape, the color and the hood. The material is super soft and so stretchy it allows you to wear it in different ways like tying it in front or by wrapping it around the back just like I did in this look.
The see thru knotted detail in the back of the wrap is just so adorable! I really love this technique on ethically made clothing!
I couldn’t go without ordering this sage utility belt! It really is Everything! I love it’s leafy shape and the fine embroidered details including the lotus flower in white. It also comes in the exact same color as the wrap so I knew they would always make a good match together! It has two pockets on the front and the biggest one is in the back. Also it’s adjustable wrap makes it possible to fit on any waist size! Perfect for festivals and other activities where you need to stay hands free from the bags. It can keep all your essentials wrapped around your waist!
What can I say about these flared yoga pants in Onyx black! Definitely the sexiest pants in my wardrobe, I swear! It’s stretchy organic cotton material just fits perfectly on my body and it feels like they look gorgeous on every body! They seriously made me think I should start wearing more tight clothing.
Part of this look were also these magical macrame bracelets made by my dear friend Mystic Lunativa I am amazed by her patience and creativity in what she does. You should all check out her Handmade Jewelry shop and make your orders online: https://www.etsy.com/shop/TheMysticLunativa
Hope you enjoyed this post and wish you all a good start of the new month! Can’t believe it’s September!
Until next time, Kurisu
Maple Leaf
Hello there people of my blog, Once in a while I go through my archives to check my memories and throwbacks and I realized that I hadn’t posted some really nice pictures I took at Psymbosium Festival in Mount Olympus, Greece! So, I immediately selected some of them and here I am, making a new blog post! Hope you like it!
Ahh, my 20 days vacation in Greece were simply AMAZING! There is not a day that I don’t think about the memories I made there with the best people! I have some friends who live in different cities in Greece so I got to spend my time with them. One of these friends is the elven girl who stands behind the handmade clothing brand that I love Chaosmatic Clothing. I stayed at her place for so many days and also had the chance to visit her studio where all the magic happens!
So, apparently I had the chance to check all the items she had at the studio and of course I couldn’t resist buying some items! I really adore the feary, elven, fantasy kind of fashion she designs and also the materials are really good! One of the things I ordered was this Maple Leaf Vest in Violet. Chaosmatic Clothing has made me fall in love with vests and also one of the very first items I have ordered at her shop, was a vest! This one is quiet different. I really love it’s big hood…It can literally cover all my hair and turn into a shadow if I’m craving for one. The fabric is upcycled cotton, making it super soft but also warm. I think that this vest can be worn in different seasons. So far, it has worked perfectly well during the summer…Looking forward to wearing it in colder days!
Then I noticed there was also a belt bag made with the same fabric. Of course I had to make it mine! I’m such a belt bag lover in general but this one is quiet big and it really completes the whole outfit once worn with the vest. What do you think?
You can make your orders at Chaosmatic Clothing – The vest and bag can be made to order with other material for your size! All you had to do is DM her! World wide shipping!
Part of the outfit were also this green top I have bought in Ozora 2019 and these lovely tie dye leggings by Thai Harem Pants. There are plenty of other tie dye designs on their site so check them out and don’t forget to order with the code CIRCLEOFKURISU for 10% OFF! World wide shipping!
Hope you enjoyed this article as much as I did getting back to this lovely memory! I miss going to a Psychedelic Festival already!

Ivies
The countdown to the end of Summer has just started and I’m kind of missing Autumn! Virgo Season, is that you? Here’s the thing… every time I think of Autumn the first vision that appears in my head is October, falling leaves, pumpkins and…Halloween! Is it too early to start thinking of this year’s costume? I guess it’s going to be a little hard to decide since I think I have tried all the characters I really love. Do you guys have any idea of a character that could fit me? Your help is much appreciated!
Talking about costumes, I am super duper lucky to have found @foxesandravens – A handmade brand which sells fantasy themed leather items for different kind of styles! The lovely Ivy Cuffs I’m wearing are by @foxesandravens and they make me dive into the forest world every time I put them on! Love at first sight! Maybe a way of choosing this year’s character can be by ordering a new item that can inspire my whole look!
Hello there everyone, Today is a good day to make a new post on the blog! I have gathered lots of pictures from my long and wonderful vacation in Greece so let’s say that I’m glad to have some cool content to show you! This photoshoot that I am about to present you know, happened in a very spontaneous way, right after we discovered a Sunflower Field! How could I not make myself part of it?!
I was very lucky because I was staying those days at some dear friends places and it happened that one of those is a very passionate photographer! She is called Elena and she is such a sweetheart! I invite you all to check out her Instagram Page to get inspired by her beautiful pictures and lifestyle! NOUKA
The moment we found out about this field, I immediately went to dress up, make up and went driving with this girl heading to this yellow location.
I was wearing this adorable Elaria wrap for the first time! I ordered it at www.moonlitmuseapparel.com – It is a custom made order which makes me adore it even more. I found out this brand randomly on social media and I totally fell in love! Not only for the fact that is a handmade clothing brand but it also offers a very unique style expressed in different shapes and designs including hand-dying techniques on the best quality of fabrics! Not only the best quality but also natural and sustainable fabrics! And all of this done by a single, talented woman! Isn’t it inspiring?
The wrap is in cotton material but so soft, light and stretchy! You literally don’t feel the weight of another layer in your outfit! It’s perfect to wear for different occasions and can be combined with many other clothing! I love it! Check the page out on Instagram to stay updated on the latest posts and items and make your conscious orders online. Moonlit Muse Apparel World wide shipping!
Got to love it’s pointed tail and the hand dyed phases of the moon with Emery Metallic. I chose this color for my wrap but there are many options to choose yours!
Hope you enjoyed these pictures!

Psymbosium Festival 2021
Dear Blog, Here I am, back on the blog and social media after a worthy short break! I have been in vacation in different places in Greece but this time I am so happy to write an article about this amazing Psychedelic Festival which happened during the full Moon, called “Psymbosium”. I don’t know where to start describing this incredible gathering! The location was somewhere in a beautiful land in Mount Olympus, Greece, making the festival even more special! Have a look at the pictures I took there and I hope you enjoy the vibes!
I was totally amazed by the wooden decorations made by @karyacreativestudio@sotols_art_karya@marchefmartin , Chrismo Art! Also the Mapping Visuals were out of this world and that magical tent above the dance floor…Definitely the most beautiful one I have ever seen!
What was special for me was also the fact that I brought my handmade creations there and managed to create a little spot for my shop. I had so much fun connecting with beautiful people who liked my art and other artists too! There were also some of the unique belt bags made by @chaosmatic_clothing The fashion designer behind this brand is a friend who helped me a lot to set up this little shop. I am very grateful to have such an amazing friend!
Also thank you so much Psymbosium Team for making this possible. Selling my jewelry and decorations in Psychedelic Festivals has always been a dream…And it became true! Thank you!

I am very grateful for all the wonderful people, friends, artists, brothers and sisters I met there and got to pass such happy times with! It was all I needed this summer!
In this picture I was wearing this super duper cute Pointed Purple Elf vest handmade by @chaosmatic_clothing It was perfect to wear during the day but also at night in the festival for in both cases it helps protect the neck and shoulders from catching a cold and it was also great in absorbing the sweat during the hottest hours of the day! And oh that hood! Amazing to create a shadow upon your head! If you would like to own such unique pieces of clothing, check @chaosmatic_clothing and make your orders online! World wide shipping!

~ Bohemian ~
Dear Blog, Here I come with a new post sharing a another boho – hippie look. Before I continue writing about the main theme of this article I’d love to share my happiness and gratitude about the month of May. It’s finally sunny and warm enough to get back to my beloved summer clothes! Yay!
I was wearing these adorable pants by my main source, Thai Harem Pants. You already know I’m a big fan of the drop crotch style and especially the Peacock design. This time I chose the green pair which looked very nicely with this olive crop top. If you would like to order some cute pants like these you can order them at www.harempants.com with 10% OFF by using the discount code CIRCLEOFKURISU / World wide shipping straight from Thailand!
When I saw these pictures, the first thing that came into my mind was the word “Boho” but what does it really mean? “Boho” is a shortened form of Bohemian and typifies a style of dress inspired by the lifestyle of free spirits and hippies of the 1960s and 1970s, frequently references what people wore to the original Woodstock music festival and even the pre Raphaelite women of the late 19th century. Bohemian style is more than just a fashion trend, it’s an actual culture in its own right, one that comes with a very specific ideology and complicated history because it actually started out as a counterculture.
Bohemianism is the practice of an unconventional lifestyle, often in the company of like-minded people. It involves musical, artistic, literary, or spiritual pursuits. In this context, bohemians may be wanderers or adventurers. Like hippies, bohemians are free-spirited romantics and refuse to dress in order to conform. Also called ‘boho chic’ or ‘boho’, the style features a variety of natural materials and earthy shades. The fashions labeled as bohemian represent the lifestyle ideology that comes with it: an alternative to the traditional way of dressing, paired up with an equally alternative, more liberated lifestyle and a social stance against everything from materialism to society’s constraints. As a general rule, bohemian designs incorporate natural materials in nature occurring shades and designs inspired by art and rustic elements, ethnic, folk and floral patterns. Also characterized by long flowing or tiered skirts and dresses, ethnic touches like handcrafted jewelry, embroidery often layered and colorful.
Today, the wide variety of boho clothing and accessories make the style an actual phenomenon, one that follows the lines of effortless, relaxed fashion, with its loose fitted clothing items, casual accessories and overall artistic, creative mishmash of elements.
Nothing feels better than yoga in the nature. Who’s with me? I am so happy to have found this gorgeous yoga mat bag with Ganesha Design. It is big enough to hold any yoga mat and it’s so comfy and flexible. You can order it at www.suredesigntshirts.com where you can find it with different colors too. Use the code CIRCLEOFKURISU to save some coin!
Part of my boho outfit were also these adorable handmade jewelry made by my dear friend Mystic Lunativa. I chose these macrame necklaces and bracelets designed with black strings and different crystals like Moonstone, Clear Quartz, Lapis Lazuli, Tiger’s eye and Howlite. Check her jewelry out on Etsy and Instagram.
Hope you enjoyed this post and wish you all a wonderful week!

Pixie Dust
Dear Blog, It’s been a little while that I am keeping an eye on the new flowers which have just bloomed in the city. I am watching carefully which one of them has bloomed and to be honest, there are many different types of flowers over here. And let’s face it, it is the first time after so many Springs that I really get to notice how many flowers bloom during this season where I live. I am sure that all this “phenomenon” comes from living for a year in a tropical country which apparently made me forget very quickly about the changes from season to season in my country. And I like it somehow because so far I have appreciated each season for its uniqueness and I have enjoyed their arrivals as well as their endings. And my excitement for Spring has never been so real after all!
Look at the grand park of the city full of colorful flowers. They have bloomed so fast comparing to the last time I was here. I can’t wait to see what happens next even though is already so beautiful and bright.
This time I was wearing my latest most favorite dress in the wardrobe. It actually is a sweater dress designed in Pixie style. Love it’s big hood, the pointed wings and the open part at the back. I don’t usually wear this color but this dress made me like it. Check it out at www.suredesigntshirts.com where you will find other Pixie dresses in a great soft material and other colors too. Also don’t forget to use the discount code CIRCLEOFKURISU for 10% OFF for every item at the shop! World wide shipping!
Part of my look was also this necklace I made with resin. In it’s pendant there’s a very unique leaf I found in Dajti Mountain. I don’t know it’s name but it reminded me of Ivies and I love Ivies. I really loved how this necklace turned out and also it’s form was perfect for the shape of the leaf. What do you think of it? DM to order: circleofkurisu_art

Triskelion
Hello there, Today I feel so recharged with energy and excited to share with you the latest photoshoot I have taken these days. It seems like Spring has really come around here because it’s been so many days that the weather has only been sunny and warm and I don’t know how to describe in words all this joy. Since our first collaboration with Mystic Lunativa was a very pleasant experience, she invited me to become a model for her jewelry again. So the last Saturday we went to a place in Tirana that we call the Grand Park of Tirana where there is also an artificial lake. This may be one of my favorite places in town and I feel very lucky to have a place full of greenery inside the city.
Such kind of Saturdays require comfortable clothing and I am so exited that it is finally warm enough so I can return to my beloved collection of harem pants. This time I introduce you a new pair with such a unique design by Thai Harem Pants. I really love the drop crotch style and the big tie dye design in circles on both sides of the pants. You can order them or other similar designs at www.harempants.com and you can always use the discount code CIRCLEOFKURISU for 10% OFF! World wide and very fast shipping!
This eye catching hoodie in orange was love at first sight! Although I have to admit that I love all the crinkled hoodies at Sure Desgin Clothing. I was amazed by this wonderful Celtic Tree Of Life Triskelion symbol printed on the hoodie and had this urge to order it! There are also many other cool designs to check out at www.suredesigntshirts.com made with breathable and soft crinkled cotton material which are also machine washable and don’t need ironing! Use the discount code CIRCLEOFKURISU for 10% OFF! World wide shipping!
This gorgeous statement macrame bracelet is made by Mystic Lunativa. She does this amazing work by hand and uses magical crystals like this beautiful Labradorite one in her jewelry. You can now find her work also on her Etsy: www.etsy.com/shop/TheMysticLunativa / There is a 10% discount on all the items and also a free shipping so hurry up to order your unique piece of mystic!

Aquamarine
Dear Blog, The sun is shining and I am so happy to be back to my most energetic self! Some weekends ago I was in Durrës, a coastal city very near Tirana. It is the best place to go during the weekends especially when it’s sunny! I am lucky to have some friends from this city and we usually get together by the sea and enjoy the relaxing view. Of course I took some pictures on that occasion…haha
Since we were going near the sea, I was inspired to put these two freshly made necklaces. They are handmade by me in aquamarine color which make me look forward to summer! Aquamarine comes from the Latin aqua marinus, meaning “water of the sea,” and refers to its sparkling ocean-like color. It seems to me like they evoke the purity of crystalline waters, and the exhilaration and relaxation of the sea. What do you think of them? / Order by sending a DM on my IG: Circle of Kurisu
Since it was a weekend by the beach, I went for a casual outfit wearing this comfy and warm dress, leggings and vans all matching my necklaces! The item I love most by this look is this unique winged waist pocket in green. It has been love at first from the beginning! I am a fan of waist pockets and I wear them quiet a lot! I ordered this handmade one at Chaosmatic Clothing which is a brand created by a very talented girl and fashion designer. I am simply impressed by her work and I would recommend this brand to all of you who are fans of fantasy / handmade clothing. Order your elven items at: www.chaosmaticclothing.com / World wide shipping! ??♀️
While writing this article I’ve been listening to a heathen song that is so beautiful! A girl sent it on my DM today and now I am totally obsessed with it and I will sing it until I get tired! Check it out: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wiRnVmR6fJQ&ab_channel=TheLyricQueen
I am my mother’s savage daughter The one who runs barefoot Cursing sharp stones I am my mother’s savage daughter I will not cut my hair I will not lower my voice
My mother’s child is a savage She looks for her omens in the colors of stones In the faces of cats, in the falling of feathers In the dancing of fire In the curve of old bones
My mother’s child dances in darkness She sings heathen songs By the light of the moon And watches the stars and renames the planets And dreams she can reach them With a song and a broom
We are all brought forth out of darkness Into this world, through blood and through pain And deep in our bones, the old songs are waking So sing them with voices if thunder and rain
We are our mother’s savage daughters The ones who run barefoot Cursing sharp stones We are our mother’s savage daughters We will not cut our hair We will not lower our voice

Flowers need time to bloom…
Hello dears, How are you all doing? I haven’t been able to do any photo shooting lately but I have been working on some new resin creations which I am very excited to show you. We are still in lockdown here in Albania and aren’t able to stay out after 8PM which makes it a little bit hard for me to go out of town and shoot some pictures to express my ideas properly. But what can I do? Right now I am just feeling grateful that the famous Corona Virus pushed me to try this whole new hobby and teach me how to trust the timing! So as long as we are in lockdown, I will keep on experimenting with resin!
Resin Coaster
This collection was inspired by some little pink flowers my grandmother gave me. She loves gardening and has always been a plant mom! She said that these flowers were sick and she had to take them off the vase so she better give them to me. I fell in love with that pink and chose the brightest color palette ever. I used some oil paint in green and some glitter too. Hope you like them!

Spring Resin Collection
Hello dears, I’m so happy to present you the super fresh Spring Collection of my resin pieces! I thought to start the posts with this unique item that I like to call “Small Jewelry Box” which of course can be used as a box for any kind of small things like pins, crystals and other personal treasures! It’s design includes leaves and flowers of the season too… It is one of the products that took me more days to be fully cured and completed but also one of the artworks that I have enjoyed the most while making. What do you think of it?
Time to show off these new resin necklaces and earrings! They are made with small yellow flowers which I found during the last days of February and thought they would be the perfect elements for the first Spring Collection. I also used some black paint for the background and picked these blue circled elements which reflect that mesmerizing effect that I love! What do you think of this style?

Hello Spring!
Hello Spring and welcome back! I have been longing to feel you again! It’s finally the 1st of March and I decided to celebrate it with two other amazing women who are some really good friends of mine. We went in nature and had a picnic, enjoyed the Sun, the birds, the green grass and of course, took some pictures. Hope you like them!
There are so many reasons why I am exited about the Spring time this year but I will try to write them shortly here. First of all, I get much affected by the weather and I am definitely a “Sun” person…I have also mentioned it here before how energized and positive I feel on sunny days. This has been one of the reasons why I lived one year in Vietnam…a tropical country where the Sun would shine almost every day of the year. Coming back in Albania, I had to restart my routine including the four different seasons of the year. I have always loved Autumn for it’s fresh air and the first feelings of cold and yes, I enjoyed those first cold days more than ever! Then the Winter came and I have found myself mostly home, taking care of my stuff, my cat, my plants, my love, my creations and taking time to stay alone and reflect. Since I work as a freelancer, I have built a small studio in a room of my new home and I pass most of the time around there which means that I don’t really meet people every day like I used to when working in offices etc. So I confess that I have never ever been so alone in my life especially when I compare it with the crazy, chaotic everyday life in Vietnam. This Winter I have been so alone and that has never really been my thing. But during this alone winter time, I have learned so much and most importantly I have realized that the alone time, is a blessed time. I have learned how to listen more to myself, talk to myself, understand my soul and respond to my body. I can proudly admit that the cold, grey, rainy days of the old Man Winter, have helped me heal those parts of myself that I never focused on before. That’s why I feel so ready for the Spring this year! It’s time to be reborn, it’s time to bloom, it’s time to socialize again and enjoy the green lights of this season together with the warm Sun rays, flowers and the breeze.
So inspired by the Spring, I designed some new resin pieces! There are a few necklaces, a pair of earrings, keychains and other crafts I will post soon. They are made with small yellow flowers which I found during the last days of February and thought they would be the perfect elements for the first Spring Collection.

Earthing
Hello my dears, I am so excited to share another freshly made photoshoot! This time I felt lucky it was a sunny Saturday again so I could shoot in peace. There is no better place to enjoy the Sun than Nature and you already know how much connected I am with Mother Gaia. Since I chose the word “Earthing” for the title of this article, here’s a short explenation: Earthing also known as grounding refers to contact with the Earth’s surface electrons by walking barefoot outside or sitting, working, or sleeping indoors connected to conductive systems, some of them patented, that transfer the energy from the ground into the body.
Some days ago, a friend of mine, asked me to model for her handcrafted jewelry and I couldn’t refuse her offer. I love love working and collaborating with artists who share the same values and culture as mine. For me it’s just a great experience because I get to know these artists more and the time and conversations we share together are so valuable! It’s so awesome when artists meet…there’s so much to share, talk and create! This is one of the main reasons why I really love what I do!
“Mystic Essence” is the name of this jewelry brand based in Albania which I totally recommend to all of you! Go check it’s instagram page and send a DM to order: https://www.instagram.com/mystic__essence/ – There you will find magical handmade adornments inspired by nature, fantasy and ancient world. They are all made with different materials and healing crystals! World Wide Shipping!
These necklaces are made with polymer clay in a shape of Bonsai Trees with little mushrooms around and crystals such as Clear Quartz clusters, Labradorite and raw Amethyst. Aren’t they adorable?
The girl behind Mystic Essence, sent me some pictures of the jewelry she wanted me to wear for the photoshoot so I started thinking of an outfit that would fit with their style and colors. The moment I saw those tiny mushrooms in the pendant, I immediately thought of my Magic Mushroom Hoodie in Green by Sure Design. I have been living in this hoodie during Autumn for it’s the softest hoodie I have ever had.
You can easily find it by typing Magic Mushroom Hoodie in Green at www.suredesigntshirts.com and in case you’re shopping around, use my code CIRCLEOFKURISU for 10% OFF! They deliver world wide and I can assure you that the shipping is very fast, you will see! I think that everyone would enjoy the hoodie because it literally feels like wearing nothing! The material is crinkled cotton which is a distinctive feature of the brand. And oh, the illustration printed on it it’s super cute and funky. I love it!
What could fit better than some earthy tie dye leggings? Since I have found Thai Harem Pants I have been obsessed with the tie dye leggings they design. This is my third pair and I know I will order again and again in the future! Different from all the other designs, these one have these ropes at the bottom that you can stylize however you want. I decided to twist them like in the picture above and wrap them around my legs. I loved how the whole outfit turned out. Check all the designs at www.harempants.com and don’t forget to add my voucher code: CIRCLEOFKURISU for a discount! World wide shipping straight from Thailand!
That’s it for this article. I hope you enjoyed it as much as I did! PS: Don’t forget to ground yourself as much as possible!

My own Dragon
Dear blog, These past few days have been crazy and I am finally able to catch up with you again. I have been working a lot on my design projects and I haven’t been able to do as many photoshoots as I have been planning. All of this because usually, January and February are the coldest, darkest and the most rainy months of the year in my country. This time I considered myself lucky, that the rain stopped for one day and I immediately ran in nature to take some pictures. I don’t know what you are passionate about but I am telling you that the real Passion is indeed a real deal and it just drives you no matter the circumstances!
While choosing my outfit I thought to create something that would also match with the vibes around. Since it’s cold and rainy, let it be dark! I have learned to adapt with the environment around so here I am, back to Black.
I have always been obsessed with the symbol of the Dragon, making it one of my most favorite mythical creatures. When I was in Vietnam, this obsession grew even stronger because I have been lucky to see dragons really often in facades of holy places but also in modern art and manga of course.
One day while surfing the net and shopping online I found this gothic website where I saw this lovely top with long and wide sleeves with a design of an asian dragon. I couldn’t help myself but order it! There are plenty of other gothic items on this site: www.jintyx.com / And the great news is that you can order with 40% OFF by using the discount code CIRCLEOFKURISU at checkout. There’s also a free world wide shipping so I recommend you to check the site out if you are all into gothic style!
“If you can’t take the hit, don’t tickle the dragon!”
Remember what you must do, when they undervalue you, when they think your softness is your weakness, when they treat your kindness like it is their advantage.
You awaken every dragon, every wolf, every monster that sleeps inside you and you remind them what hell looks like when it wears the skin of a gentle human.
All your eyes on these amazing handmade earrings! They are named “Hecate” after the goddess of Greek mythology who was capable of both good and evil. She was especially associated with witchcraft, magic, the Moon, doorways, and creatures of the night such as hell-hounds and ghosts. They are designed in the shape of a Waxing Crescent Moon which also happens to be my favorite phase!

Oceana
Hello there, I know it’s too early for the Summer collection but I couldn’t resist posting these pictures and I guess you have noticed that seashells are my specialty. All of the necklaces in the first two pictures are sold out except for the spiral one in the middle that I never posted.
So yesterday I tried to catch the sunlight and take some more close up pictures of it. I have found it by the shore of the Pacific Ocean in Mui Ne Beach, Vietnam. And it is the most special seashell I have ever found my whole life and it really is very important to me. I even was a little bit “afraid” when working with it for I didn’t want to ruin any part of it’s natural beauty. But I made it and I decided to call it “Oceana” and it’s now on sale! So, if you love it, hurry up to order it by sending me a message before it’s too late!
PS: If you also like any of the necklaces in the first two pictures (which by the way, are made with crystals too) you can send me a message and I can make more for you.

Metatron’s Cube
Hello dears, How are you all doing? Have you already started with the preparations for the Christmas holiday? To me, December feels like the perfect month to relax and take care of yourself and your loved ones. It’s the right moment to count your blessings and make presents for the people you want to see happy this Christmas!
It was one of those Sundays when you can’t just stay home but want to go out for a ride in Nature or something. I invited some of my friends to join me in a picnic in front of the lake of “Farkë” which is very near Tirana.
Oh, I just love the weekends for the main reason that I can wear sporty clothing and get back to my tomboy self! haha. This time I was wearing this totally unique hoodie I ordered at www.baliwoodshop.com – a must visit site if you are a fan of festival fashion! There you can find a variety of styles such as clothes and accessories in ethnic style, psywear, tribal, steampunk, post apocalyptic fashion, alternative fashion etc. The great news is that you can also shop with 10% OFF your order by using my discount code: CIRCLEOFKURISU at check out! World Wide Shipping!
I fell in love with this hoodie because it includes one of my favorite color palette which is the combination of red, orange and brick. It is hand dyed with the bleaching technique where there appears the Metatron’s Cube – one of my most favorite symbols of the Sacred Geometry. Metatron’s Cube includes all 5 Platonic Solids hidden inside, symbolizing the underlying geometric patterns found throughout our universe. Isn’t it just adorable?
Also, the hoodie is so warm because is super fluffy on the inside. As I mentioned before, it is just perfect for a weekend gate away so you can feel totally comfortable and warm! You can find other hoodies similar to this at the site www.baliwoodshop.com / Check also their page on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/baliwoodshop/ and Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/BaliWoodShop
Did you miss my huge OM Backpack? You guys just loved it when I posted it for the first time though! I use it almost every time I go in nature or explore new places. It is actually the best backpack I could’ve had! It holds everything I need to have with me and trust me it doesn’t weigh as much as it might seem for it’s design is totally well thought to not make you feel uncomfortable!
Where to find it? Order it easily at www.suredesigntshirts.com where you can find also other designs and sizes. Use my discount code CIRCLEOFKURISU for 10% OFF! World Wide Shipping!
Time to show off some other earrings I have designed lately. They are totally fluorescent because they are made with neon pigments. They glow in the dark and I can’t wait to wear them in the next Psychedelic Festival! Wooo!
If you like them, you can make them yours by sending me a message on my Instagram account: https://www.instagram.com/circle_of_kurisu/ and I will make them ready for you and ship them wherever you are!
That’s pretty much it! I need to thank my dear friend Mariana Dapi for the great pictures she took. She is a talented photographer and a passionate artist in general! Check her page out: https://www.instagram.com/mariana_dapi/

Resin Pieces by Kurisu – Xmas Edition
Hello dear readers, Wishing you all a happy week, today I wanted to post my latest creations in collaboration with @ariels_garden who is a passionate gardener and also does very nice knitting work with the macrame technique. You already know I design crafts with resin and decided to combine my skills with those of this friend of mine.
The result is this design of a Christmas themed mini macrame plant hanger all handmade by both of us. If you like them and are interested to buy one, you can write to us and we will work on it for each one of you. ♥️?
In the meantime I have gathered some information about the techniques used in this creation: 1. “Macramé” is a form of textile produced using knotting techniques. One of the earliest recorded uses of macramé-style knots as decoration appeared in the carvings of the Babylonians and Assyrians. The word macramé is derived from the Arabic miqramah, believed to mean “striped towel”, or “embroidered veil”. It is said that it also comes from Turkish makrama, meaning “napkin” or “towel”. Macramé was most popular in the Victorian era. It adorned most homes in items such as bedspreads and curtains. Sailors made macramé objects while not busy at sea, and sold them when they landed, spreading the art world wide. Macramé’s popularity faded, but resurged in the 1970s for making wall hangings, clothing accessories, small jean shorts, plant hangers etc. By the early 80s, macramé again began to fall out of fashion, only to be revived by millennials.
In polymer chemistry and materials science, “Resin” is a solid or highly viscous substance of plant that is typically convertible into polymers. Resins are usually mixtures of organic compounds. Plants secrete resins for their protective benefits in response to injury. Resin casting is a manufacturing process in which a liquid material is usually poured into a mold, which contains a hollow cavity of the desired shape, and then allowed to solidify. The solidified part is also known as a casting, which is ejected or broken out of the mold to complete the process.
Excited to share with you this bigger size of resin vases with dimensions: 7 x 8,5 x 11 cm It can be used as a vase for your flowers or as a candle holder too!
Advice from a Strawberry: – Blossom where you’re planted – Be tasteful – Drink in the Sunshine – Keep close to the Earth – Savor life’s sweetness – Let good ideas ripen – Jam with your friends!
~ Glittery Strawberry necklace available at the shop! DM to order! ?
Here’s another necklace I designed with fir branches. Since Christmas is the season to have your heart open or as being said the season of “Love”, I thought to add to it’s design this little Rose Quartz. This is a stone which stands for Unconditional Love, soft feminine energy of compassion and peace, tenderness, healing, nourishment and comfort. Hope you like it!
So these were some of my Xmas resin pieces. Send me a message to order!

Woodland Stories
Hello my dears, Today I am going to post some pictures I took the last weekend visiting the Dajti Mountain near Tirana. Another must visit location if you ever come to the capital of Albania! “Dajti” stands 1613 m above the sea level and is usually covered with snow during the Winter. It is full of forests of pines, oaks, beeches, canyons, waterfalls, caves and other wonders that you can’t visit in only one day.
Since the Winter is knocking on our doors and since I was visiting this very high mountain, I thought to wear some of my warmest clothing in my wardrobe right now. One of them is this Hoodie Shawl Cardigan handmade by a group of talented artists and designers of Sure Design. I just love it’s huge hood and you already know how obsessed I am with hoods!
What made me fall in love with this cardigan is the way how the hood looks so big because it hangs long close to the feet. I also love the knitted work with grey threads as seen from the inside. Super warm and beautiful! Order another similar design at: www.suredesigntshirts.com – There are plenty of other styles of Pixie Sweaters, Hoodie Dresses and Shawls! Use my voucher code: CIRCLEOFKURISU for a discount! World Wide Shipping! Yay!
For a long time now I find myself combining outfits from the Sure Design brand and Thai Harem Pants. I have mentioned before that I combine them almost every time before I shop online. It’s just crazy and awesome how I can combine the perfect outfit with these two brands. For example in this case, I don’t think I could’ve found a better item for the Black Cardigan than these adorable tie dye leggings in olive by Thai Harem Pants. Do you agree?
These leggings are hand dyed like “Lightning Stripes” in Olive color (Olive again…I know!) Such an electric design made with a very soft cotton material. I am seriously living in these! Comfy & Hot! Order your favorite pair at www.harempants.com and use my code: CIRCLEOFKURISU for a discount! World Wide Shipping straight from Thailand!
My accessories these time were these earrings I made myself with resin and black glitter. I went for a minimalistic design this time because I also appreciate the beauty of the Space. I also love Black and that’s why it is their main subject. I made two pairs similar in design but one pair has bigger pendants and the other one has them smaller and thiner. I put on both the pairs since I have lots of holes in my ears and that’s how they look like. If you like them, order them by sending me a message here or on my personal IG account: https://www.instagram.com/circle_of_kurisu/
Look at this gorgeous wooden pendant I won on GIVEAWAY held by Brad Rhadwood who makes incredible things with wood! How cute and lovely is this necklace designed as a cat butt where there is also an Opal Gemstone placed in it? I just CAN’T with such handmade beauties! Check the shop: https://www.etsy.com/shop/friendswithwood and I promise you will be obsessed by all those knots designs if you are a “psyhead” like me! haha
That’s pretty much it from my latest outfit in this Woodland! Hope you liked this article and please feel free to share your opinions above. Love reading your comments!
Until next time, Kurisu
Autumn Collection
Hello dear readers, Yesterday’s shooting was totally dedicated to these Autumn items which are still available at the shop! All the three necklaces are designed with orange leaves of the season and Tiger’s eye gemstones whose colors match a lot with the theme. Also the big leaf which can be used as a tray or plate for cups or glasses is already taken but I can make more if you are interested!
– Special thanks goes to Ariel’s Garden for being able to embrace my idea in creating this unique decoration made with a macrame hanger knitted by him and a resin vase and holder designed by me.
Hello dear readers and followers, Since it’s Monday, I wanted to start the week with some previous work I have been doing lately to push myself to keep designing over and over again! I have come to a point where I have realized that true motivation comes from working constantly! That’s why I am happy to present you some little handmade vases I have designed with resin, neon pigments, glitter, feathers, seashells etc. Check them out and I hope you like them!
Purple – The color of Spirituality and Imagination. Purple inspires us to divulge our innermost thoughts, which enlightens us with wisdom of who we are and encourages spiritual growth. It is often associated with royalty and luxury and its mystery and magic sparks creative fantasies.
– Personalized purple vase handmade with resin, feathers, neon pigments and sparkling glitter, ordered by a dear friend and colleague.
“It is not the length of life, but the depth.”
I made it to take some pictures of these three custom-made resin vases before they were delivered. They immediately reminded me of the mystical beauty of the Ocean. I have never loved the shades of blue this much! Guess it gives another sensation while working with it… Anyway, I hope you like these three little vases and I wanted remind you all to feel free to send me a message and share your own ideas with me, anytime you want to order a customized gift for yourself or your loved ones!
Hello there Folks, I finally found the time to post a new article on my blog since I have been super busy during the past few days. I was so busy I made a plan for the weekend because my personal rule is to enjoy and relax as much as you can by the end of the week so you can be fully energized and inspired for the new days to come. And trust me, it works! So, the last weekend I went in one of the cities that I am deeply connected with and I have also mentioned here before, called, Pogradec. I always remember that during Autumn the trees there look magical and I didn’t want to miss that show! Check out the pictures and I hope you like them!
So this is a very beautiful and also a touristic place, called Drilon in Pogradec. A must visit location if you are a nature lover like me. The weather was just fine that day, even though usually is a bit colder in this city but it was also warm enough to wear some brand new goodies I just ordered from two brands I love like Thai Harem Pants & Sure Design Clothing!
I was wearing this Hoodie Shawl Jacket in Brick color I ordered at www.suredesigntshirts.com . As you can tell, it was about time to order some “Winter” clothing, since in Albania you can tell the season’s change’ and starting from Autumn until Spring, it is cold! But I am so glad and happy that Sure Design also sells warm clothing like this hoodie I am wearing. It is 100% Polyester and it’s super soft. You can wear it as a shawl but also turn it into a jacket by using the metal clasps. And oh, I have always been obsessed with shirts or jackets that are designed as if you are wearing gloves. My hands felt happy and warm too!
I loved the shawl part in brown for the main reason that it keeps the neck around very warm and it is also big enough to turn it into a hood as you can see in the pictures. You can order it easily at www.suredesigntshirts.com where you can also find other colors and designs of such unique hoodies. Add the voucher code: CIRCLEOFKURISU at checkout for 10% OFF for every item you order at this site! World wide and very fast shipping!
The other special item I ordered this time were these lovely leggings hand dyed in the “tie dye” technique that I have always loved. Since I have found Thai Harem Pants I have been obsessed with the tie dye leggings they design. This is my third pair and I know I will order again and again in the future! Check all the designs at www.harempants.com and don’t forget to add my voucher code: CIRCLEOFKURISU for a discount! World wide shipping straight from Thailand!
Search the leggings easily by the name “Oval Swirls Tie Dye Cotton Capri Leggings in Black” at harempants.com. Different from all the other designs, these one have these ropes at the bottom that you can stylize however you want. I decided to twist them like in the picture above and wrap them around my legs. I loved how the whole outfit turned out. They are made with 95% soft cotton and 5% spandex. Perfect for yoga, Barre, Pilates, workout, dance, and wandering in Nature like me! haha
I can’t get out of the house if my outfit doesn’t include jewelry! Like, that’s another rule of mine! This time I made some new items with resin which are totally inspired by the Beauty of the Season. The first one is this necklace designed in the shape of a water drop filled with autumnal leaves and a Tiger’s Eye Gemstone. Tiger’s Eye is one of my favorite gemstones because I really love the earthy tones and the combination of the colors of this stone are simply wonderful! This one is a stone of Protection and it also brings good luck!
This is the first time I am posting a pair of Earrings. I have been working on them lately and this is one of my very first design. They are made with resin and some little dried flowers which stayed perfectly in my mold. What do you think of them? I love taking feedback from you guys so feel free to write your impressions in the comments below! And if you are interested to buy, you can send me a message here or on my personal Instagram account: https://www.instagram.com/circle_of_kurisu/ where I post most of my work!
Wish you enjoyed this article!
Until next time, with Love, Kurisu
“Gaia” – Handmade Necklaces
Hello my dears, How are you all doing? I hope November has started the right way for you all. As for me, I have been pretty inspired and productive so I thought to share some of my last creations here. Lately I have designed this new collection of necklaces inspired by Mother Gaia. It all started one day when I was taking a walk in the grand park of Tirana where I found some fallen tree branches. I was admiring their amazing pattern full of mosses and I thought to take some of them home. Later that day I started designing these pendants made with tree moss, neon pigments and resin. A project that guided me deeper into the forest. I hope you like them!
Allow nature’ peace to flow into you as sunshine flows into trees!
Just like most of my creations, these babies glow in the dark because of the neon pigments I use. They look even brighter if you have an UV light. I mean, look at them!
The clearest way into the Universe is through a forest wilderness…
I hope you liked these glow in the dark necklaces and feel free to order by sending me a message or write me down in the comments below!

Poison Ivy & Wonder Woman
Hello everyone and Happy Halloween! This year I decided to recreate a character I’ve already tried to create myself in 2016 but it didn’t turn out how I expected. So this year I thought to do it again with a little help from some talented girls which I am about to introduce below.
The character is “Poison Ivy” whom I have always loved no matter that she was actually a supervillain in the DC Universe. She’s an eco-terrorist with the ability to control plants. Originally, she was a botanist with the name “Pamela Isley” until an accident gave her powers and turned her insane. After that all her mission was to protect the planet and the greenery from being destroyed by humans. In this case she is a villain to every human who doesn’t act properly with Mother Nature and for this reason she is my favorite DC Comics character. Besides she has red hair and I love her green costume full of leaves that I tried to imitate.
Together with me this time is a dear friend, Judit dressed like “Wonder Woman” who is a warrior princess and one of the most powerful superheroes in the DC Universe. She was given power by the Gods to fight against evil in all its forms. Although she was raised entirely by women, she was sent as an ambassador to the Man’s World, spreading their idealistic message of strength and love. Wonder Woman fights crime and acts as a positive role model for women everywhere. So this time instead of fighting Poison Ivy as a villain she is, we decided to show these characters as friends or colleagues trying to bring out the message: “Empowered women, empower women!”
“Because no matter how small an act of kindness or generosity or simple positivity you put out into the world. It will make a difference.” – Wonder Woman

Elven Tales
Hello dears, It’s me again posting some new pictures from the latest photoshoot with the dear photographer, AMAL. Now you know how much I love Cosplay projects so this time I came with another image of an Elf since it is my favorite mythical creature for reasons I can’t explain in words. This idea came into my mind since I first ordered some of the items that I am wearing in this set which I am about to explain below. Hope you enjoy this post!
I was wearing this adorable Faery velvet vest in purple handmade by Chaosmatic Clothing which made me fall in love with it’s cute detail in the back of an embroidered Fairy. Well, that’s exactly the moment that I was convinced to do a cosplay photoshoot when I wear the vest and so I did. It also has two little pockets on both sides and oh I just love it’s pointed shape in the back. So elven!
Together with the vest I ordered this winged waist pocket in green which was love at first sight. I am a fan of belt bags and I wear them quiet a lot but this one is super special for it’s cute shape and soft material where you can keep everything essential.
In a previous post I have mentioned that this brand is created by a very talented girl and fashion designer who makes every clothing by hand. I am simply impressed by her work and I would recommend this brand to all of you who are fans of fantasy / handmade clothing. There are lots of cool and magical stuff to wear in music festivals, fantasy projects or simply in every day life since they are all very comfortable!
Close up detail of this seashell necklace I have just designed with resin, star shaped glitter, neon pigments and a lapis lazuli stone placed in the middle. I thought it would fit with the rest of the outfit plus the color of the stone which is blue reminds me of Chaosmatic as it’s main color. Besides, the fashion designer behind this brand also sent me a macrame bracelet in blue as a gift which perfectly fits with my necklace too. What do you think of it? Order yours by sending me a message or write me in the comments below! My Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/circle_of_kurisu/
Special thanks to my dear friend Judit for the magical make up! I am not that good in painting my own face but who needs those skills when you have such talented and ready-to-help friends? Thank you so much love!
“The world is indeed full of peril, and in it there are many dark places; but still there is much that is fair, and though in all lands love is now mingled with grief, it grows perhaps the greater.”
― J.R.R. Tolkien
“We do not want merely to see beauty… we want something else which can hardly be put into words- to be united with the beauty we see, to pass into it, to receive it into ourselves, to bathe in it, to become part of it. That is why we have peopled air and earth and water with gods and goddesses, and nymphs and elves.”
Hello, hello everyone! I am super excited to share with you the new resin pieces I have designed recently. They are all inspired by October and all it’s colors and beauty. This time I tried to experiment with a brand new mold which helped me create my first resin vase. I filled the mold with some orange leaves I have collected around in the street, some little cute red flowers placed at the bottom and lots of neon pigments!
This kind of vase is small enough to be placed in your working desk or shelves but also big enough to plant little flowers inside. I tried it with these two baby cactuses and I think it looks cute!
Together with the vase I created two more necklaces with sea shells that you guys love so much! The first one is designed with pink and orange glitter, neon pigments and in the middle there is a moon stone that I have carried with me for many years now. Guess it was about time to give it a chance to belong to someone else.
And the other pendant is made with yellow glitter, neon pigments, two red dried flowers and a citrine quartz in the middle. I really liked it’s shape and I thought it would fit perfectly in the middle of the shell. What do you think?
So this is it for now! I hope you liked my new creations and if you are interested to buy any of them for yourself or as a gift, you can ask me on the comments below or send me a message on my personal Instagram profile: https://www.instagram.com/circle_of_kurisu/
Have a lovely week! Kurisu

“The end of Summer is not the end of the world. Here’s to October!” – A. A. Millne
Hello there folks and hello October! I am so happy that I am finally enjoying October after a year of spending it in the tropics. It feels so nice to feel a bit of cold again and watching the nature change in colors. I wanted to start this month properly so I decided to do a photoshoot with a sweet friend who is also a photographer. We went into the woods and shoot this story. Hope you like it!
The magical clothing are made by a talented fashion designer based in Thessaloniki, Greece. The brand is called Chaosmatic Clothing & Accessories and I am already obsessed with all the designs and the wonderful artist who brings them to life, Elfen Matilda. All the items are mostly exclusive and handmade where every product has it’s own history.
I ordered these unique Orange Mandala Mitten Gloves which are also perfect for this kind of weather. The material is soft and stretchy enough. Love them!
Chaosmatic C&A accepts also made to order projects! Yaay! So, this crop top with hood I am wearing is my personalized order. I saw this design in other previous projects and it was love at first sight. The pattern reminds me of rose windows which I have always been obsessed with. Also the size of the hood creates such a beautiful shape making it look more magical and mysterious. I ordered mine in red and it has turned out perfect for my eyes!
Chaosmatic C&A is inspired by humans, by utility, by aesthetics, by music, by nature and dreams. Perfect kind of clothing to wear in music festivals too! Stylish, magical and most importantly, comfortable! No wonder how this outfit put me in a fantasy kind of state while shooting.
Part of the outfit were also these gorgeous Dragon earrings I have ordered at Wildfrika which is an Afro-Asian inspired slow fashion brand that represents a fusion of modern designs and exotic fabrics. All the products are ethically handmade in a studio in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and they ship world wide!
Special thanks to A M A L for being the best photographer to capture this photo set! It was so nice and fun working with her! She simply knows how to bring out the “wild” in me and capture it just like that!
Hello dear readers, Today I was wondering around the blog and I noticed that I hadn’t writen anything about one of my passions which is string art. It’s been almost four years now that I practice this technique and I am so happy to be all settled up again with a new studio to work again on string art decorations. And I want to share my happiness with you by writing this article and sharing some of the previous glow in the dark artworks. Me and my boyfriend are back on creating and always open for your orders.
Venus String Art & Deco is an online shop which sells products based on the string art methods. String art is weaving colored string between hammered nails to make geometric patterns. There are used lines of thread to create curved patterns that can form various desirable shapes. This organic idea to use thread and nails to form angles has grown from an educational tool to an art form.
“Venus String” concept and idea is inspired by the “Venus Dance” as a beautifully symmetric shape which looks like a flower. It represents the path of Venus and Earth around the Sun while Venus itself stands for Love and Beauty. Our mission is to create pieces of art which will show the beauty of the “Sacred Geometry” which reflects the fundamental shapes found in nature, in cellular structures, in fractals which have been used for centuries in spiritual art and architecture. We choose to think of them as icons of energy – talismans of cosmic truth. This term describes the geometrical laws which create everything in existence. We as humans have a unique ability to subconsciously recognize geometric order from transitory chaos. We value highly the harmonic proportions contained in design that are bound by the laws of sacred geometry, which is itself the embodiment of harmonic waves of energy, melody and universal proportion.
Lights ON
Lights OFF
By our artwork we want to spread and continue the art of using strings. A characteristic of such stitched compositions is their transparency, which allows for mesmerizing, atmospheric overlapping of forms. “Venus String” is mostly focused on site-specific string installations which interact directly with the exhibition spaces, house decorations, office decorations and other kinds of crafts and orders. Designed specifically for such venues, these works create immersive viewing experiences.

Hill Tribe
Hello dear readers, Today I decided to write an article about a very special place for me. This place is called “Tujani” and lies very close to Tirana, approximately 10 minutes by car. I adore it so much because it is composed of a wonderful mountain landscape which changes color and texture according to the seasons. Between the mountains there are springs, canyons and rivers where I usually choose to bathe every time I visit this place during summer when the temperatures are very high. I usually come here with my friends and organize a camp by the river and stay there for a few days. This type of landscape offers us the sensations of the “beach” when we dive into the “bathtubs” that the river with the stones create, but at the same time there’s another feeling served, that of mountains vacation since the surrounding view is full of mountains and wide fields with olive trees. During the night the stars put on a magnificent show and now that I remember, there I saw, for the first time, a night sky full of stars, the most I’ve ever seen in my life. This place has always been very special for my boyfriend, too. He has always loved it so much that most of the Psytrance music festivals and parties we have organized are located in different areas of Tujon. And by the way… in this place I have danced to the sounds of Psy music for the first time and from that day the romance for this place and that kind of music genre started.
I couldn’t resist without revisiting this place after returning from Vietnam. The nature in Vietnam was wonderful and very tropical but apparently nothing can replace the nature of my country or at least that’s how I feel about it. I missed that fresh air, those hills, the olive trees that emit giant shadows and I also missed the river’s “noise” that happens to be my favorite sound. So last weekend I decided to spend it right in this place where we held a small private party just for ourselves. The day passed by arranging the place where we would stay starting from the placement of the camping tends, choosing the right place for the fire where we would warm up during the night, and also where we would cook. And after everything found its place and after having the delicious lunch that the boys prepared, my friend Judit and I decided to take some pictures during the golden hour of the sunset. Hope you like them!
I was wearing this lovely tank dress I ordered at www.harempants.com. Yes, Thai Harem Pants is not only my personal source of harem pants but there I also find beautiful handmade dresses like this one. The material is solid crinkled cotton making it super wavy and soft. My love for oversized clothing has never faded so here’s one more reason to love this dress. There are two different pieces of fabric designed in a way to not make the dress look transparent and oh the thick sides are my favorite detail. You can find the dress by searching with the name “Crinkled Hill Tribe Cotton Tank Dress” at www.harempants.com where you can also choose it in your favorite color between black, teal and brick. Don’t forget to add my discount code CIRCLEOFKURISU at checkout to save 10% of the price! They ship world wide and there’s also an offer about the free shipping. Check it out at the page!
And here comes the end of this post. Hope you liked it and feel free to ask questions or leave a comment below!

Marble Mandalas
Hello dear readers and followers, These past few days I have been in a holiday kind of mood with working days in between too. Since I have come back in Albania I haven’t spent enough time with my family and friends. When we gather, we always like to hang out or travel in places we like to relax or have a feast. It has always been like a tradition! So one of these weekends I went in Pogradec, a lovely town by the lake which me and my family adore so much, we have managed to own a holiday house there. A holiday house because we mostly go there during Winter or Summer holidays because it is truly a place where you can totally relax. What I love the most about Pogradec is the cool climate! There is no such thing as really hot Summers there…But you can still go to the beach and also get a tan but the Sun won’t necessary burn your skin. The air is super fresh and at night you really need a warm blanket, even during Summer! Doesn’t it sound like a super chill location to escape during really hot days? It definitely does for me!
Sometimes when we decide to spend the weekend there, we also like to visit Ohrid, Macedonia because it’s near Pogradec. There’s also another location even nearer before going to Ohrid called “Sveti Naum” where you can enjoy a beautiful landscape full of natural beauties, restaurants, cafes and also stay by the beach of Ohrid lake. So, while we were there I took the time to shoot some pictures because I thought the backgrounds were really satisfying but tourists definitely not! haha
My outfit for that day was this cute knitted crop top which matches perfectly with the black and white mandalas of these new harem pants. As you can tell lately I have been wearing lots of harem pants for they are truly the most comfortable kind of clothing in the world! I love how the fabric is so wavy and no matter how you move, they still look perfect. I can walk for hours with these on, I can dance all night, do yoga with even more motivation and enjoy my free body. The brand that have made me fall in love with them and now my personal source of harem pants is definitely Thai Harem Pants ! This brand is no no longer a secret now since I have always tried to share it with you. And there’s also a code I have which you can use for discounts every time you order at www.harempants.com / Type: CIRCLEOFKURISU at checkout for 10% OFF! There is a huge amount of beautifully made harem pants and other clothing made by a team of talented creatives in Thailand. Very fast and world wide shipping! Order yours!
Love the marble pattern and mandalas on these pair and low cut is definitely my favorite style for harem pants. They can also turn into a jumpsuit very easily because it’s cut simply allows it. The fabric is made with thai rayon making it very light, wavy and good looking too. Perfect for lazy Sundays lounging, doing yoga, hula hooping at a music festival or just traveling around and enjoy nature like me! But I can’t wait to see myself in these in the next music festival no matter when is the right time for them to happen again.

Tinker Bell by the Beach
Hello everyone, So here I am enjoying the last days of Summer in my Motherland. It feels super weird that Autumn has knocked on the doors especially for me. Well, after a year of experiencing only Summer, Autumn and Winter will feel totally new and different I guess. I just think I am not ready to feel and live with the cold weather again after a whole year of Tropical Weather in Vietnam. So this is one of the reasons that I am choosing to stay by the beach as much as I can, for I know I am going to miss these vibes so much!
Once again I spent the weekend in South Albania in a beautiful beach called “Palasë” near Dhërmi. A must visit location if you want to enjoy summer holidays in the Albanian riviera with the best and most relaxing beaches and comfortable coffee shops too. In the pictures I was having my morning ice tea while enjoying the beautiful view and the fresh air. Being home never felt so good, I repeat.
I was wearing the most comfortable palazzo pants on earth by the one and only brand Thai Harem Pants . “Teal” is part of my favorite color palette, and one of my favorite colors in absolute, so I really had an urge to order them. I love the shape of them and how they stay fit in the waist and larger down the feet. Just like their name, these pants are made to make you look like Tinker Bell or any kind of wandering Pixie. The material is cotton, making them super fresh even when worn at the beach. Find them by the name: “Women’s Cotton Tinkerbell Palazzo Pants in Teal” at www.harempants.com. You can order them very easily and the shipping is super fast and world wide! As you may already know now, I have a discount code for all of you for every time you order at this site. Just type: CIRCLEOFKURISU at checkout to save 10% of the price! There’s also a free international shipping for all orders over 60 USD which is equal to two or three products depending on their price so why not to take advantage of this sale?
Together with the pants I was wearing this custom made crochet top that the talented girls of Soul Boho Style made for me. I had this vision in my mind and I really wanted a crochet top in earthy tones mostly focused on Orange so I showed my ideas to the girls and they were totally into it. They noted all my body measures so they could design it exactly for my size. The results left me speechless! I mean, look at all those knitted details made by hand! There is also a beautiful mandala in the center that makes me love it even more. I can’t thank them enough for the amazing job they have done! And it fits a lot with the tale pants don’t they? Color combinations I love! You can order similar crochet tops at Soul Boho Style by sending them a message on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Soul.bohostyle/ and Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/soul.bohostyle/ – Send your measures and they will design it for you! They ship world wide too, so hit them with a DM!
The seashell necklace is one of my creations during quarantine. It is made with an orange seashell from the Pacific Ocean I have collected in Mui Ne Beach, Vietnam. The design contains some shades of neon pigmented blue, glitter and another sphere made with resin which looks like a pearl. The whole pendant glows in the dark and I think that’s what makes it very special. This specific necklace just sold out but I am ready to design more similar designs. You can order by sending me a message here or on my social media accounts and I can also design them personalized for you. Let me know if you are interested and an admirer of handmade jewelry.
This is it for this article. Hope you enjoyed it!
Until next time, Kurisu
Coco Vintage
Hello everyone, It’s been a long time that I have been going through different stages of transformations and intense situations and now I am trying to stabilize myself again in this old and yet new stage of my life. I am now back in my home country, my motherland. I had to leave Vietnam for many reasons and get back here. Actually it feels so good to be home, better than any time before. I think that Vietnam has helped me understand things much better than I used to do. That sacred place has changed me in ways that I could’ve never imagined and helped me gain new perspectives about my path, my journey and why I left my country in the first place. And for all of these I will always be grateful to Vietnam and I will always remember the lessons I gained. Vietnam is my second home forever now. Thank you for everything!

Out and About
Hello there folks, How are you all doing? Me and my boyfriend are planning to go on a very long trip soon and for that I have already planned the comfiest outfit. So, I took some pictures together with our dear black and red Suzuki motorbike that we ride everyday in the city. Ahh, since I have come in Vietnam I have fallen deeply in love with motorbikes even though I am still not good at driving it but I am totally fine with my boyfriend driving it anyway. I think it’s a fear that I can’t escape for now or I just like to be a passenger all my life!
Going from a “Girly” to a “Tomboy” look real quick comparing to the previous article because that’s just how I am. Well, most of the time I am more like a tomboy because I have always been like that and I don’t really have an explanation about it. I just think that men’s clothing sometimes are way cooler and all my life I have grabbed my dad’s oversized T-shirts and then my boyfriend’s and so on. I also buy stuff at men’s sectors many times just like this sleeveless shirt I am wearing which is a brand new one from H&M. Sleeveless shirts are totally my thing too. I love them so much I cut my T-shirts sleeves most of the time! But let’s not focus on it for now but take a deeper look into these super adorable pants by Thai Harem Pants and take some notes!
Super comfortable three quarter pants with elasticated waist and adjustable drawstring that you can find only at: www.harempants.com . Perfect for many occasions like lounging, rock climbing, juggling, free running / parkour, and in my case just riding and exploring around. I am totally in love with the two tone swirls design which is different on the front and back and also printed on the pockets. Don’t you just love it when cool pants have also pockets like this? It feels like an extra to me! I need a moment to appreciate this huge and amazing backpack that I found at www.suredesigntshirts.com ! I mean isn’t it adorable? And it has space for everything I need when I travel or go camping for I’m the kind of person who likes to bring a big part of my home during such adventures. There are things to be decorated and things to enjoy so this was definitely the bag that I was looking for. It is made with light-weight denim and it is lined with fabric. The roll-down top is with velcro and buckle closure and that vinyl bottom makes everything much easier to place all the stuff. As you can see it is really big and I just got to love the classic printed designs of Sure Design T – Shirts in general but this one comes with the Infinitee OM and the brand’s logo too! Love, Flowers & Elephants…
Hello there everyone, How is it going out there? Things are still super confusing these days and it seems like it’s almost impossible to arrange sure plans. This pandemic is really lasting longer than I thought and all we can do is to learn how to continue living when things are not sure. We can start to teach ourselves to not have any expectations, no worries, no plans and just living in the present no matter how hard it feels. I’m trying to do my best to get on with my schedule even though the levels of stress and anxiety have been higher than ever. But what can we do? Except staying safe and protecting ourselves and each other? Yes, we can also learn how to remain calm and positive by hoping for the best and finishing our tasks as much as we can everyday. What I have learned is that everything will feel a bit better anytime you take a long deep breath…try to remember that!
So no matter the situations I am the kind of person who loves to celebrate meaningful dates and this one was dedicated to me and my loved one. I made sure to look as “lovable” as I could by wearing this adorable dress by Thai Harem Pants . Yes, at www.harempants.com you can also find beautiful dresses with boho patterns like this one. I chose this because I love elephants and I didn’t really have anything with elephant pattern on my wardrobe so I thought to start with this one. Besides the pattern that is full of blooming flowers and elephants, I also loved the tie in the back which is with adjustable straps and elasticated back waist to make it look perfect on your body. Also the bust is adjustable with tie back ribbons. It’s super comfortable for it is made with breathable light-weight rayon fabric. It is maxi long and it also has two side slits in both sides. I think it’s the ideal summer outfit for any kind of occasion.
You can find the exact same dress atwww.harempants.comby searching with the name Blooming Elephant Tie Back Maxi Dress in Black and you can also use my discount code CIRCLEOFKURISU for 10% OFF for every item you order. Fast and world wide shipping from Bangkok, Thailand!
As I mentioned before, me and my lover always like to celebrate our meaningful days so that day we set in this very nice place and drank some cocktails and shoot some pictures. He is my personal photographer and in front of him I feel more camera-ready than with anyone else. Well, that’s because I love him and I can be totally myself when he is behind the camera. I can express my emotions freely through my image and also show parts of my darkest fantasies because he has already touched them and he knows what to capture. I am so glad and proud that his skills have improved and he is learning all about my best angles even though my camera is getting a bit old and not working properly. Anyway, here’s to love and all the magical things that come with it! Love is the Cure! Cheers!
Hope you enjoyed this article and I wish you all a good day!

Kurisu in Ozora – Illustration by Alice Yushko
Hello there everyone! Today I am super excited to share with you a beautiful gift that I received last night that really made my whole day. I am currently going through many important stuff to solve during these hard situation of the pandemic and when I receive such soulful gifts, I remind myself to feel more grateful, patient and hopeful that everything is going to be alright. So that’s why I thought that it would be great to share this piece of art on my blog hoping more people will follow and support the artist that I’m about to introduce. Alice Yushko is an artist from Russia who has been painting basically all her life. She says that painting is as natural as breathing for her. Alice got graduated in University with a degree as a Graphic Designer and since then, illustrating became her main focus and passion. She loves to use lots of colors in her digital illustrations but she knows to choose them wisely because for her to bring colors into illustrations is a way of spreading beauty in the world. Her main goal is to bring positive emotions to people through her illustrations and I can admit that her magic worked perfectly on me!
Alice got inspired by a picture of me in Ozora Festival 2019! One more reason to fall in love the illustration! haha. Ozora Festival is the first big Psychedelic Trance festival that I have ever been and it feels like all the blessed memories will be always expressed in this illustration too! I just love how she was very careful to choose and illustrate some of the details from the photo that define me like my hair, the dreadlocks, the clothing, the elven ears, the necklace with a star shaped pendant and all the jewelries. The color palette she has used gives me eternal peace and reminds me of the blissful feelings I was experiencing. Thank you so much Alice for this lovely gift! I really appreciate your time, work and dedication on this artwork and I am glad to be a source of inspiration for you! You guys should definitely check her page and follow her for more digital illustrations of her style: https://www.instagram.com/alice.yuko/

Lotus Mandala
Hello dears, As you may have noticed from my latest stories, I have received a new package from Sure Design T – Shirts which I wanted to share with you. One of the items was this maxi long dress which I fell in love since I saw it on the website: www.suredesigntshirts.com / It was one size so it fits well to any kind of body shape and also the material is soft crinkled cotton which allows the dress to stretch and still stay loose enough. Since I have found Sure Design, I have fallen in love with crinkled cotton and I have also noticed that using more clothes made out of this material, makes my life easier! It’s a material that is machine washable no matter the prints, they will be just fine…but it also doesn’t need ironing. Well, since I’m living in Vietnam and here is always summer the whole year, it’s such an advantage to not iron clothes…if you know what I mean! You can find the exact same dress by the name “Women Lotus Mandala long tank dress in silver on black” on the website!
The mandala printed on the dress is made out of a silver ink which looks very clear and beautiful on the black background. For those who don’t know, “Mandala” is a Sanskrit which literally means “Circle” , a spiritual and ritual symbol. It can be defined as a geometric configuration of symbols that come from different traditional cultures of Asia especially found in Hinduism and Buddhism. They represent different aspects of the universe and are used as instruments of meditation and symbols of prayer. Mandalas can be understood externally as a visual representation of the universe and internally as a guide for several spiritual practices like meditation. The basic explanation of their form can be described as circles contained within a square and arranged into sections that are all organized around a single or a central point. And it is believed that by proceeding towards its center, you are guided through the cosmic process of transforming the universe from one of suffering into one of joy and happiness. They serve as a representation of the universe and a guide on the path to enlightenment.
Even today the mandalas are used in a variety of ways. In yoga, mandalas represent the same ancient ideals, signifying a sacred space to shut away external influences or the negative energy. Not only in spiritual practices, but also in Arts and Architecture, mandalas play a very magnificent part. We can find them also at the stained glass rose in gothic churches, Persian art, archeology, etc. I remember myself when I was very little that I used to draw circular shapes or flower petals one after another or in my notebook during classes when I was bored. Little did I know that I was drawing mandalas…I was just passing the time and anything seems much more interesting to do than following a boring class right? According to psychological interpretations creating mandalas helps stabilize, integrate, and re-order inner life because its symbolic nature can help one to access progressively deeper levels of the unconscious, ultimately assisting the meditator or creator to experience a mystical sense of oneness with the ultimate unity from which the cosmos in all its manifold forms arises.
“The mandala serves a conservative purpose – namely, to restore a previously existing order. But it also serves the creative purpose of giving expression and form to something that does not yet exist, something new and unique… The process is that of the ascending spiral, which grows upward while simultaneously returning again and again to the same point.” – Jungian analyst, Marie-Louise von Franz
So if you like mandalas as much as me or if you’re looking for such comfortable and good looking clothes with spiritual, psychedelic and funky designs, check out: www.suredesigtshirts.com where you can find the world’s softest apparel collections. You can also use my discount code CIRCLEOFKURISU for 10% OFF your order! Free shipping for orders over 60 USD, very fast and safe straight from Bangkok, Thailand. As you can tell I highly recommend this brand!
Hope you enjoyed this post as much as I enjoyed the dress! haha

Soulfull
Hello everyone, Just got back here and excited to share with you these new pictures which were totally inspired by this amazing dress I bought at Soul Boho Style. This amazing handmade brand made by a team of talented creatives make beautiful clothes mostly focused on Bohemian, vintage and gypsy style. It is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam so I got the luck to visit the shop anytime I need something new or to just go around and be part of the bohemian and vintage atmosphere there. One of the creatives recommended me this dress because she thought it would fit with my style and I thought so too! I tried it and it looked so good on me but she also offered to tighten it in some parts that was needed and after that I can say it looked perfect on me! Hope you like the pictures!
Soul Boho Style is coming with a limited edition design mirrored at this dress. What is so special about it is that is made of this crochet top and a “skirt” let’s say. I extremely love how it has turned out! Love the open back and all it’s design. Well, I felt so good watching my body inside it and except it’s unique design, wearing black it has always been my thing. Besides is a long dress and comfortable enough to be worn in dates, parties, to hang out and also at festivals in the future. Do I need to say more? It’s perfect!
If you’re living in Ho Chi Minh City, I suggest you to visit the shop because there are so many clothes and accessories to check and they can also make the clothing in your size once you try it out so you can have the look you want!
Location: 214/19/1A Nguyễn Văn Nguyễn, phường Tân Định, quận 1 760000 Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Inspired by the dress and the details in the crochet top, I thought to make some tight braids on both sides of my head. As a fan of Vikings, I’m obsessed with the hairstyles that women used to make during those times. I am definitely not good at making such hairstyles but at least I tried and I think it fits me. What do you think?
The darkness in a woman is such that, stripped out of our sight, we must feel our way through it – we crawl, we enter her circles of Hell until we sympathize with her sorrow, until we learn from her rage. – Segovia Amil
And after a few shoots, I jumped in the pool with the dress on because why not?
Hope you enjoyed this set of pictures captured by my boyfriend who is getting better at this and making my life easier in general. You know I love you!
Love always, Kurisu
Crazy House
Hello, hello! As promised, here’s the new article about my visit in Da Lat, Vietnam. Right now I’m back in Saigon and the week that past by has been so intense and full of activities, deadlines, and things to change and restore. Which means I haven’t really had the time to focus on writing this article for it is indeed really interesting and deserves the right attention! So, starting from the beginning, when I was in Da Lat, I visited the most “out of this world” building ever! It is called the “Crazy House” or Hang Nga Guesthouse and is a fantasy building designed as an artistic private house full of dreamy rooms which you can also book to pass the night. It looks very special and different from all the other houses in that street which are all typical french colonial villas. I was there only as a visitor and it kind of reminded me of Hobbiton but with more dramatic architectural structures and design. When I saw it from the outside, I thought it was just a small building but in fact it was just covered by four big trees so you can see the beauty and magic hidden once you enter. The artist behind it is a 79-year-old woman, Dang Viet Nga. Mrs Dang Viet Nga or locally known as Hang Nga has a PhD in architecture from Moscow and has designed a number of other buildings around Da Lat. On a business trip to Dalat, she fell in love with the lush landscape, cooler climate and kind people and hoped to eventually move there soon and I feel her completely because that town was a really nice place to live! In 1983, she moved there and after years of working on state-owned developments, which afforded little creativity, she finally felt ready to unleash her imagination and fantasy! In February 1990, she started to make paintings related to the Crazy House so she could express her vision and goals.
Crazy House Gate
The first thing I noticed once I entered were some paths of stairs that I guessed I had to follow. These stairs were made of concrete, wood and steel with no right angles but rather organic forms that are designed to mirror natural elements. The artist has mentioned that she used a lot of concrete because it’s inexpensive and very easy to play with and her main goal was to bring people closer to nature and this expressionist architectural form has been the most culminating moment of her creativity and imagination. Since she could create whatever shape she wanted, it reflects what she envisioned in her mind. The stairs were very curved structures at times narrow and wide again. So following them I found myself in different rooms which were all unique giving me a sense of a house built inside a tree of a very dense forest full of animals.
Views of the stairs from a window
This picture represent the feeling of the dense forest I was talking you about. While following the stairs, you can see different views and different perspectives of the building around. There is not a sight which looks the same. This view made me feel like I was in a festival or a gathering which I really really miss.
Inside the tunnel of stairs In this world sometimes I’m big and sometimes very small…
A different view which finally made me imagine a bit what the structure of this house is. Now it really looks like a house, different but still a house. What can I say! A beautiful garden which also feels like a mix of Disney Land and Gaudí style where the elements of nature are the main and most obvious details.
Another view while climbing the stairs where you can also see the other houses of the street. What a contrast! Doesn’t it feel like for a moment you can just shift in another dimension which is in a certain point of the town?
I was wearing the most comfortable leggings by Thai Harem Pants. In Da Lat it was rainy season too but it would rain just for some minutes but very heavily. And I was one of the unlucky ones to be walking around when it started. Until the way to my hostel I was totally wet and these leggings just warmed me up and I was ready to go exploring again. Love the tie dye technique in clothing and l really like how the black and white color mix together creating a pattern of lightnings in the dark sky. They are very stretchy and come in a very soft cotton material. You can find lots of tie dye or other styles of leggings and bohemian / yoga / festival clothing at: https://www.harempants.com/ – Use CIRCLEOFKURISU discount code for 10% OFF for every item! World Wide and very fast shipping! #harempantsdotcom
So here I was climbing to go on the top of the building and I tell you guys, this moment was terrifying! The stairs started to get very tight and they were very bent from the top to the bottom. It was so high I could also see a big part of the town but with all those tight stairs I was just pushing myself not to see down and continue the journey. Decided to not use the phone in these moments so here are the pictures from the highest point before I really passed there.
Isn’t it totally Crazy?
And this another room that appears after you go down again. A magical world filled water elements, plants and animals. It also serves as dancing area. How wonderful it would be if there was held a Psytrance Party over there!
There’s also an area dedicated to the artist including some of her own pictures, projects, sketches, paintings and the concepts of inspiration of designing and building this house. “Reconnecting nature is one message that I want to communicate with the house,” she has said.
From the Ocean to the Forest again…An outdoor area full of trees where there’s also a small wetland, sculpted mushrooms, and neon lights. There’s also this small house with a very interesting room inside like all the others. Everywhere you can hear the sound of the water flowing and for a moment you forget you’re just in a town. There’s so much nature around and all the other well thought fantasy elements put you in a state of a far far away land when everything is like in a fairytale.
I don’t know about you, but I would live here if I could! haha. Hope you enjoyed this article! I tried to collect here as much content as I could to show you the magic of this place. But still I have to say that this is that kind of expressionist art which you have to touch and visit to gain the complete experience. I’m so glad I got to experience this!
Until next time, Kurisu
Da Lat – The City of Eternal Spring
Hello everyone and welcome to this new article dedicated to a new city I just visited in Vietnam. It’s called Da Lat or Đà Lạt and is the capital of Lâm Đồng Province in southern Vietnam’s Central Highlands. The first thing I noticed on the road there were the endless evergreen forests with very high and thin trees which created a perfect wreath. I’m sure they were the highest trees I have ever seen in my life. Da Lat’s specific sights are pine woods that’s why it is also called “City of thousands of pine trees”. So, it’s been so many months that I hadn’t seen a pine tree and it was actually really surprising that there were many in Da Lat. It lies in the altitude of 1,500 m and covered by ranges of mountain and pine forests and as a result, the weather is pretty cool and the climate is mild all year round. So basically as a mountain town, different from all other cities in central and south Vietnam, Da Lat’s climate is not that tropical. And and that’s amazing for the Sun is not too strong during the day and the air is still fresh and cool you don’t get sweaty at all no matter how much you walk! During the night is as cold as wearing a hoodie or a jacket. Sounds like the perfect kind of weather to me! For making this contrast this city is also called “City of Eternal Spring”. But if I would ever compare the climate atmosphere with another city, it definitely reminded me of Pogradec, in Albania especially during Summer. Sunny and refreshingly cool days…Yeah, the perfect kind of weather!
In the center of the city there is a lake surrounded by a park full of trees and flowers. As a place where there is Spring everyday, all the flowers bloom at different times of the year the whole year! All the geography and climate elements make this city filled with flowers such as: roses, mimosas, peach blossoms, hydrangea flowers, orchids, gladiolus, sunflowers etc. At the lake you can take boats for rent which are shaped as swans and you can pedal it around the lake and enjoy the round view of the city and the relaxing wind.
If you love visiting spiritual places, you should definitely check the Statue of Golden Buddha which is 24 m high sat in the lotus position that is a cross-legged sitting posture originating in meditative practices of ancient India, in which the feet are placed on the opposing thighs. There is also a monastery called Thiền viện Vạn Hạnh which is surrounded by green gardens, lush palm trees and other Buddha statues in different positions. Inside the the monastery there we found a group of artisans, artists, sculptors, painters and crafters who were working on Buddha and Spiritual statues. It was amazing to walk around and watch that fascinating work. Places like this really do give me a sense of peacefulness reminding me to be present and enjoying the flow.

As long as the weather was pretty cool in Da Lat I was so excited to finally wear the new hoodie I have ordered from Sure Design . It’s so soft and thin but it also keeps you warm enough during Spring days or cool Summer nights. The material is crinkled cotton which is a distinctive feature of the brand. Now you know how much I love olive green but I really can’t help it when Sure Design has the exact tone of green that I like and the sides of the hoodie create the perfect palette in different shades like something between olive, pine and basil. The illustration printed was love at first sight! A funky image of some beautifully melting mushrooms with smiley clouds around and repetitive windy lines where you can also see the name of the brand as part of the whole image. A piece of art!
When I ordered the hoodie at www.suredesigntshirts.com I thought I also needed a new pair of pants because I’m that kind of shopper who wants to combine clothing and make up an outfit in my mind before I buy. I was so happy when I found these crinkled cotton harem pants at www.harempants.com in the exact same green as the hoodie. I hoped they would match perfectly and they did! What do you think? To me this outfit was perfect because it was very comfortable when walking around the city the whole day. Thai Harem Pants has a various number of different kinds of harem pants, leggings, kimonos etc in different cuts, patterns, colors and materials. Just dive into the wonderful bohemian world of: www.harempants.com and use CIRCLEOFKURISU discount code for 10% OFF! World Wide Shipping straight from Bangkok Thailand! #harempantsdotcom
So this is it for today, there is a lot more to write about my experience in Da Lat but I guess I will be posting again these days so stay tuned and I hope you enjoyed reading it. Wish you a good day ahead!

“Pika Pika”
Hello dear readers, Today I’m posting some pictures I took one day after the rain. Now in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam is the rainy season which means that it rains every day very heavily for some hours. But different from any other country that I have experienced rain, here is still too hot while it rains but at least is much more refreshing than during dry season which starts in November until the end of May. Basically the whole winter and Spring is so dry it doesn’t rain a day! Anyway I enjoy it a lot when the rain stops and the Sun comes out again still so strong and shiny! There’s no such thing as grey skies here so I always prefer to hang out after the rain stops for the air is so cool and refreshing and is not that hot after all. You know, I can’t make it a day without sweating here and and at some point I have almost forgot what it is like to feel cold! I think I miss that! haha
Here I am a super happy kid dressed in yellow! I was totally inspired by these cute Pikachu socks! I have always loved Pikachu and for many years since I was little I have collected anything related to Pikachu. I mean that cute creature has been a very lovely character for all of us through years…Pika-Pika!
As long as Pikachu has this lightning power, I thought it would match a lot with the concept of Glowcoco design. I’m talking about the belt bag which has this reflective color once you turn on the flash! Glowcoco color-shifting products mimic one of the most advanced biological materials on earth: squid skin. Inspired by the squid all the clothing and accessories have this holographic, reflective, inked fabric and material. There will glow a rainbow out of them each time you take pictures with the flash ON but however you choose to show off your Glowcoco gear, it’ll always look unique. If holographic colors are not your thing, you can explore their traditional silver reflection collection too!

You better be safe than sorry! Even though I have felt so safe in Vietnam about the coronavirus, I still wear masks every day! I have been using them since I came in this city for it is very necessary when you are riding bikes. There are lots of bikes out here and all the gas is not so healthy…Just imagine being stuck in a traffic full of motorbikes! Wearing masks is part of the lifestyle here but now that the whole world is using them, why not to invest on some good masks? Wildfrika has been making 3 layered masks which come in a very good material and are made from the leftover fabrics of other clothes. They are very protective and the face doesn’t get too sweaty! Also the designs are adorable and they are washable and reusable! Wildfrika is a handmade fashion brand that represents a fusion of modern designs and exotic fabrics. The brand was created in Ghana, West Africa currently in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

Hello dear readers, I’m so excited to share with you a new handmade fashion brand I have found called Sure Design. There you can find the coolest printed designs of different styles such as funky, psychedelic, spiritual designs which fit in all shapes and sizes. I’m in love with the super soft and stretchy cotton material they use in every clothing making it very comfortable and good looking.
What I ordered was this wonderful tank dress in olive green color with a sacred geometry mandala design “Flower of Life”. There’s also a beautiful moon shaped in the phase I like most. The material is crinkled cotton which does not need ironing and is also machine washable. I mean what’s better than that? All these qualities make the clothing very light when worn and breathable. You can wear it everyday during summer, at the beach, in festivals or when doing yoga for you can move easily, feel comfortable and good looking too. #suredesignshirts

I was also wearing this seashell necklaces I have made these days with resin, beads and glitter. It’s colors matched with the outfit so I thought why not to take some pictures with it on. It glows in the dark because it’s filled with neon pigment especially the green part of it. Call me on my Seashell
Remember that day I posted a seashell necklace on my Instagram Story? Well, I was very grateful to see that you guys were interested to see more seashell necklaces. The one I posted was my first experiment with a seashell in which I mixed the resin with all the gemstone beads I had left in my collection. It turned out very cute and I decided to keep it for myself as long as all the beads have been with me for a very long time now. Anyway, I have to say that I got way more motivated after I read your comments and I got fully convinced to work more with shells. Here is my first collection of seashell necklaces all for you! Hope you like them!
The shells I chose to work are found in the sea shore of Mui Ne beaches, Vietnam. I have never seen such beautiful shells in my whole life! Their texture was so full of waves it made me think of all the stories each one of them holds. How old are they? And how many years did it take for them to have that amazing texture and pattern? It was that exact moment that my brain started to thrive in ideas and I started to collect as much shells as I could. Those days I got really inspired to start and create more than I usually used to do…I kind of had a feeling that I wasn’t enough productive when it comes to my passions and things I do for the sake of pure fun and love. After those days at the beach, I met resin and silicon molds and together with all the other tools and accessories I had, they started to connect and today I’m still living with that joy! I love experimenting and I love trying new things especially when it comes to creating and spending time focusing on creating. It feels like a therapy to me even though it might cause some back and neck pain, it still helps me a lot to keep my thoughts focused on the process. The process also contains conversations from myself to myself about what I’m doing, my points of view, my actions, my mistakes along the way and their mending. These are those precious moments of me being present and active hoping this spirit never dies and no matter how life throws me, I hope I always find the way back to myself and these moments.
I made three necklaces and this is the most unique one. It has this orange color inside and it’s filled with aquamarine neon pigment which felt like the ocean. I added lots of glitter and little stars inside. In the middle there is a sphere which I prepared with resin before working on the shells. I thought it would look like a pearl in the middle of the shell and I think I made it. What do you think?
This is how the necklaces look from the back. And this is how they glow in the dark.
This design comes in two necklaces. I liked it so much I wanted to create a twin “sister”. The texture of the shell was darker from the inside so I mixed some neon green and blue pigments and prepared some rings which I put in the middle which creates this circle of an oasis filled with algae and mosses. There is lots of glitter in blue, green and purple and I love it how the ring and the rest of the resin filling glows in the dark.
So this is it! I hope you liked them and if you are interested to buy any do not hesitate to contact me here! You can write me on the comments below or easily find me in my social media accounts. I hope you are doing all fine and sending love all the way!
Until next time, Kurisu
Glow in the Dark with Glowcoco
Hello there, Today I’m serving you this new album of pictures I just captured wearing the new belt bag by Glowcoco. This was one of those brands which appeared very attractive to me because of that reflective effect. It was nearly unbelievable that all the Glowcoco products glow so much! So, I couldn’t hesitate to order a new item! Belt bags are a necessity if you live in Vietnam for they are very practical and helpful when you are on a motorbike which by the way happens all the day every day! So yeah, I order this magical belt bag and I was amazed when I saw it’s effect! The trick is that it looks different in real life (still cool) but once you turn the flash ON, there’s a holographic rainbow reflective apparel! For the first time ever I was convinced to take pictures with the Flash ON like I never really do. Check them out:

Why Handmade and Slow Fashion matter.
Dear readers, Today I woke up and I wanted to write an article about choosing to buy handmade and slow fashion clothes. I see handmade as a manifestation of our lives and culture. It is not a mass-imposed thing where everything looks the same and is easily packaged by machines. Each handmade item is about people and the experience of human beings with creativity, their soul and imagination. It’s about the time, energy, skills and techniques of the maker that go into each piece of work. Why do I choose to buy handmade? First of all, handmade products such as clothes, jewelries, decorations or even food are more environmentally sustainable because they don’t need to spend that much energy as mass production to produce. Mass production industries produce a lot of toxic wastes which are dumped into the air, ground and water. Handmade clothing companies or artisans avoid this process by making by hand every piece from scratch. Actually it shouldn’t even be compared to large corporations for they have a totally different way of collecting material, creating, producing and selling. If you buy handmade or handcrafted products you also help communities because people who make money off sales at independent businesses are more likely to spend their salary in the same area where they work to keep creating. This way you also help a family have incomes or a community of artists and dreamers who have made their lifestyle a way of creating constantly and promoting what they love to do. Handmade might cost more but you can be sure that you are paying a fair price for it because there are not any hidden costs, cheap labour or unethical production. You know that the money you pay will go directly to the maker or the artist. This way you are also supporting local craft industries and people, wherever you purchase the items you want. Buying handmade also includes a chance to have your own unique and personalized product offering you a fuller experience. Handmade goods are always produced in a small number, so whatever you’re wearing or eating or adding to your home is as unique as every soul is. Every time I buy something handmade, I get excited not only about the product but also the packaging which is made with the same love and dedication. They usually leave you notes about the product or write thank you letters making you feel all the beauty and satisfaction of buying a new item carefully made for you!
Part of the handmade sector is also Slow Fashion which is about investing in clothing that is not only purposeful in design but also materials. In slow fashion, fewer is better and it’s more about buying better-quality items less often. For example: when you purchase a handmade dress you get it with a good quality of the fabric because slow fashion is based on a more careful fabric selection. They mostly focus on selecting non-synthetic quality fabrics, like cotton, linen, silk and wool. Slow fashion clothing are made to last and they don’t loose the quality of prints, colors and details over years. What’s special about Slow fashion is that they use deadstock fabrics which are the left over fabrics of other fashion houses who didn’t use or weren’t preferable for their clothing. Slow Fashion artists recycle these fabrics and make work of art out of them while helping the environment by the damage of fast fashion.
All of these reasons make me feel so good and proud that I’m collaborating and working with handmade brands. I enjoy every piece of experience starting from ordering the item, the communication with the maker, the good quality, totally unique designs and all of the above. One of this brands is “Soul – Boho Style” which is a Vietnamese handmade brand that sells boho chic, gypsy style clothes and accessories. There you can find all kinds of clothing, shoes and also bohemian home decorations! I chose this beautiful shirt that comes in a very interesting cut making it able to wear in both sides. I love the olive color and mandala print. I also chose some accessories that could fit with the shirt which were these gorgeous earrings with dark green strings and engraved details. Same details go for this special bracelet which fits a lot with my style and favorite color palette plus it looks like an ancient style jewelry so that’s enough for me!
Address: 214/19/1A Nguyễn Văn Nguyễn, phường Tân Định, quận 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
Part of my outfit were also these harem pants which for the moment are my favorites in my collection. I just feel so happy and comfortable every time I dive into them! I ordered these magical pants online at harempants.com where you can find the best selection of Harem Pants, Yoga pants, Fisherman Pants and leggings. I was very surprised but they came really fast! Angel Wings – Neon Necklaces made with resin
Hello there, This is my new collection of handmade jewelry! This time I came up with three necklaces in a water drop shape. This time I wanted the pendant to look not only shiny but I was also hoping for a colorful reflection of them. So I used this “plastic paper” part of a toy which had this colorful reflection effect or a mesmerizing pattern would be the right word. I cut it in three equal pieces, small enough to fill in the molds and I also used a bit of light blue neon pigment. When the pendants were cured all I could visualize were “Angel wings” because of the shape of that mesmerizing paper but also the blue color turned like a sky blue and God I love the reflection effect. Whenever you move the pendants, there you can see a new color, just like a rainbow. I’m so excited with the final look, I guess I should use this technique more often. What do you think?
Picture when the lights are OFF
“Until you spread your wings, you will have no idea how far you can fly!”
This is it! I hope you enjoyed the pictures of my handmade neon necklaces and if you are interested to buy any, you can reach me through my contacts here or you can direct message me in my social media accounts.
Hello dear ones, First of all I need to Thank all of you for your sweet Birthday Wishes! Each one of you brightened my day with your sincere and kind words. Birthday celebrations have always been sacred dates to me for I feel like they represent a manifestation of the day that my soul found the way to be born in this world. And this stands for all my dear people! I am thankful for all the caring ones who remembered me on this day, everyone who sent me wishes and thoughtful gifts. Your kindness is such a blessing and I wish you all vibrant health, happiness and I hope that all your days are filled with magical moments!
This is a photoshoot I made these days wearing one of my favorite items in my wardrobe lately! I’m talking about this unique “scarf” which looks like a vest once you wear it. What made feel attracted to it was of course the color which is deep red and comes in suede fabric. It is light enough as a material to wear in hot weather. I also adore the handmade textures which look like mandalas each one placed in the right position that creates a lovely symmetry. This fringe vest comes in different colors at Soul Boho Style – Check them out!

Senses of Freedom & Beauty
Hello there, how are you guys doing during these days? I’m glad to say that the quarantine and lockdown is finally over in Vietnam and I was so happy about the good news I wanted to go to a new place which had to be in Nature! A friend suggested me this amazing Tourist Village called Bình Quới and after making my research, I didn’t hesitate to go! The Tourist Village is like a big garden filled with coconut trees and lots of tropical flowers and plants including lotus flowers. There are lots of creeks, and thatched cottages where traditional southern Vietnamese cuisine is served. It was the perfect place for a sweet escape and relaxation in Nature. I enjoyed every minute out there apart from the fact that it was a very hot day under 35 degrees and I got to sweat all the time so at some point I started playing with a hose from where water was flowing and that’s how the fun began!
Another reason why I was so excited that day was because of some purchases I had ordered from some amazing brands I have found. I’m talking about my outfit! Yeah, I’m that kind of person who cherishes every new thing that comes into life so that day I wanted to wear the brand new clothes! I ordered these magical pants at https://www.harempants.com/ where you can find the best selection of Harem Pants, Yoga pants, Fisherman Pants and leggings. Very perfect ones for yoga, workout, sports, festivals or just relaxing in nature like me! Thai Harem Pants is located in Thailand and is made of a family of talented artisans who handcraft all the clothing! I have always liked wearing such kind of pants but this time I needed some special yoga pants and a fresh design in my collection so I chose the “Peacock Eye” harem pants by Thai Harem Pants which come in a low cut that allows the pants to turn into a jumpsuit too! So it’s like buying one outfit but having two different styles to wear it! The fabric is very light and flowy, it’s perfect for dancing, running or any kind of outdoor activity. Love the earthy colors and the combination of floral details. Such a piece of comfort and art! I really really love them! What do you think?
If you would like to buy such fun and creative pants, order them online at: https://www.harempants.com/ and you can also save some money by using my discount code CIRCLEOFKURISU for 10% OFF for every item!!
There are various of styles harem pants such as: High Cut, Drop Crotch, Low Cut, Plus Size, Tie Dye, Jumpsuits, Thai Hill Tribe, Palazzo Pants etc. with unique designs and great quality! Check them out! #harempantsdotcom
Part of this outfit was also this lovely crochet top by Soul Boho Style which is a Vietnamese brand that sells boho chic and gypsy style clothes and accessories. There you can find all kinds of boho style clothing such as skirts, shirts, tops, capes, bags, shoes and jewelries all made by hand and pure fantasy!
Address: 214/19/1A Nguyễn Văn Nguyễn, phường Tân Định, quận 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
If you like to wear bohemian or gypsy style clothes, crochet tops are a must in your closet! I prefer wearing them with harem pants for sure and long skirts. They look very cool on warm weather although it may seem like too much heat to wear them, on the contrary they help absorb the sweat which helps us not to get any cold, especially when in festivals or environments that you have your body moving. The top I chose is in black color and it’s open very beautifully at the chest area. I fell in love at first sight once I tried it! I also love it’s open back and adore the detail of ropes tied like corsets at the bottom in the back.
Part of my shopping list were also these adorable earrings made by Soul Boho Style which look like dreamcatchers. Love it’s colors and the use of different materials which perfectly fit together. Also the feathers looked way prettier and softer before I was covered in sweat and water from head to toes. Don’t blame me but the Tropical Sun! hehe You can find many unique accessories and other gypsy style items at Soul Boho Style! Thank me later! (:
Views from the wonderful tourist village:
Hope you enjoyed my day out of quarantine hoping that everything will get better and will be in it’s right place. Also spoil yourself by ordering online everything you need or wish to have. Shopping online never seemed so fair to me!
Until next time, Kurisu
“Down-to-Earth” – Neon Necklaces Collection
Hello dears, It’s time to show you another resin collection I have been preparing these days with so much love! Remember that “gradient” effect I wanted to achieve in the previous collection? Well, I guess this time I made it! I tried this time using two different pendant molds and the whole secret was to let the first pigmented resin dry a little bit in the mold and then you can add the other one! It’s all about timing and math with handmade pieces made out of epoxy resin. So this time I also wanted to use more stuff to decorate my necklaces. Usually I save everything on Earth when it comes to old jewelries and accessories and sometimes when they are very old or broken, I keep what I think I will use one day in the future. This time I had some gemstone beads collected so I thought to use them. While preparing the resin, my boyfriend and my best friend got inspired to help me so they got an idea to crave some pieces of wood. I had no clue what they were doing but they came up with some cute mushrooms that I really liked. So, basically this time I have used many different materials and that’s what came up:
Can you tell the gradient effect? That’s what I was talking about! It starts with green pigment from the bottom then a bit of blue and up is a garnet gemstone bead from the other materials I mentioned. After the bead you can see that the material is completely transparent and then comes the wooden mushroom.
The second mushroom it’s made of wood too and carved in small holes to create the idea of the spores. I also dyed it around with resin with a bit of neon yellow pigment. The holes of the mushroom glow a bit like yellow in the dark.
The third mushroom is a bit different and a smaller one. It doesn’t have any spores but it’s chapel is black so I decided to put it completely inside of one of my pendant molds. The pendant is filled with neon yellow and green pigments. I also added a bit of purple which ended up at the bottom of the pendant when it cured.
The yellow one also the pendant which shines the most is filled with pieces from the hidden texture of a sea shell I found by the shore of a beach in Mui Ne, Vietnam.
The last necklace is made out of a transparent pendant filled with neon blue pigment, a garnet bead and three white agate beads. Garnet is a gemstone which promotes grounding and is known as a protective energy stone. It helps you feel grounded, secure and safe. While the white Agate stone brings harmony to the daily routine and a sense of mental peace.
This is it! I hope you enjoyed the pictures of my handmade neon necklaces and if you are interested to buy any, you can reach me through my contacts here or you can direct message me in my social media accounts.

Venus in the Details
Hello there! This time I wanted to show you my latest pieces of resin! You know that these days I have been so obsessed about it. I have tried to work on it almost every day. There were lots of accidents during the way though…things like the resin hadn’t cure well so when I tried to wash it out of the molds, it got stuck in my hands and there was no way to take it off! I have washed my hands for hours and I was still feeling my hands sticky every time I touched something. Anyway one thing that I learned was that the part when you mix the resin with the hardener, there are some specific rules you should follow. But I guess I will share them with you soon once I am 100% sure of what I’m doing! So, following the suggestions of what we should be doing during the Taurus Season, I decided to create these new pieces. I wanted to come up with some water drop shaped pendants that would be filled with red pigments and yellow ones and it normally would look like something that we designers call “gradient”. I also added some red, yellow, orange glitter to make it more shiny but guess what? They didn’t appear how I imagined them and that’s a thing that I guess I should get used when working with resin. So, the pattern that was created over there reminded me of the surface of planet Venus. I mean, I know I’m too obsessed with planet Venus and everything but this time it really reminded me of that! The color is something like orange and yellow at different parts and all the glitter makes it look like a shiny planet. I wonder what’s going on out there! haha
The pigments I used are all neon so yeah, these necklaces glow in the dark and they glow like fluorescent yellow and green. What do you think of them?
Together with the necklaces, I prepared three rings in three different sizes which have almost the same color and glitter but this time I wanted to add just a bit of neon green, you know just for a change.
There’s also a bracelet designed in the same colors as the necklaces and also a cute strawberry which for the moment is not a jewelry yet but sometimes there might be a few resin left and I never throw it away. This time I decided to make this strawberry because it’s also the best season of strawberry growing so why not to manifest it! Thank you Mother Earth for all the goodies you keep creating!
So, this is it! If you like them and would like to buy, you can contact me here or on my social media accounts. I’d wish to see what you think of my first attempt in handmade jewelries. Let me know in the comments below! Hope you are having a relaxing and creative time!

It’s the Season of Taureans
Hello dear readers and welcome to Taurus Season! The Sun visits a new zodiac sign every 30 days. During each season everyone feels the influence of the corresponding sign. Taurus season 2020 begins April 19 and ends May 20. During this period of time there will also be the Taurus New Moon on April 22 which brings an encouraging stretch to our minds and a new vision to life. So for this reason I thought to share some pictures where I represented a Taurus Woman. This photoshoot was a collaboration with Smeruci with whom I worked to bring this project into life. I myself am a Taurus, rising sign Taurus so for a very long period in my life I have been so obsessed with this fact and everything about Taurus which matches a lot with my personality. So since many years ago I have imagined myself being part of a photography project where I would see myself with some bull horns and everything that would represent this sign. So here you go:
The horns, the jewelries and the cape are all handmade pieces of art by Smeruci who were able to put some symbolical meaning to the whole character. The jewelries contain crystals such as smokey quartz, clear quartz, Carnelians, Galena raw specimen and lava stones. They are also combined with sculpted poppy flowers which also represent our roots and the country where we are born, Albania. There are lots of poppy fields in Albania and they bloom a lot during this season but also the colors this flower includes are black and red which also stand for our flag. Basically this character is a mix of zodiac characteristics plus some traditional approaching and of course some magic!
Shop Smeruci’s products online at their Etsy shop and use the discount code “CIRCLEOFKURISU” for 10% OFF: https://www.etsy.com/shop/SmeRuci
The outfit is inspired by the pagan themed fashion combining a long black skirt with a loose blouse, a gothic style corset and a black cloak with the pointed hood which I adore. Also the make up is based on pagan symbols and details.
We decided to make this photoshoot at a castle in Cape of Rodon in Albania. We chose the image of the castle because we thought it fits with the idea that Taurus is an Earth sing and a steady, conservative and reliable one. Also it’s energy is mostly about grounding and cultivating a sense of ease and contentment.
In ancient days, Taurus was the sign tied to agriculture and the land. Taurus cannot operate in a chaotic environment. It needs a solid, safe and comfortable environment which allows this sign to think. They love comfort so they prefer to surround themselves with natural elements, flowers, plants or just visiting nature in a regular basis. Taurus is the sign that turns ideas into tangible reality. They need to take a lot of time in making decisions, but once they make up their mind, they will never second-guess themselves. During Taurus season, don’t rush on the practicalities of any plan because with this sensible sign, we need to carefully consider every detail, ensuring a high-quality and elegant outcome. Tasteful Taurus loves life’s finer things and hates it when the things are not done in a a proper and planed way for they are deeply focused on every detail. This is also the perfect time to determine yourself into starting or continuing the projects you have been thinking of and also a great time for investing in quality objects that stand the test of time.
“Taureans are considered the most sensual signs of the zodiac, for if Aries symbolizes the newborn baby and the most essential elements of the life force, Taurus typifies the little toddler who has not yet learned language but explores the world through his or her senses. This talent stays within them as they grew up.” – Susan Miller
What we often see as stubbornness in Taurus can be interpreted as commitment, and their ability to complete tasks whatever it takes is uncanny. Taurus is ruled by sensual Venus which except sensuality, stands for love, beauty, satisfaction, creativity and gratitude which makes taureans very creative and sensible about the essence of beauty and feelings. They feel the need to always be surrounded by love and beauty, turned to the material world and physical pleasures. That’s why the Bullish season will motivate us all to get creative and to embrace our artistic and sensual self more. This makes them excellent partners, always being there for people they love. So this is a time to anchor in our relationships, desires, and goals. It’s time to take stock and give to those who have shown us respect and reflect about people who have been there for you recently, and who’s keeping you grounded. Recognize and be grateful for these kind of relationships. It’s time to be more open and explore our loving and sensual side and to dive in self-care rituals that brighten our start of each day. Are you ready to endure and stick to your choices until they reach the point of personal satisfaction?
The meaning of the Wandering Bull: being the one who betrayed the goddess Hera herself, this is a being that has to wander the Earth in order to find freedom. As if something was always poking them behind their back, reminding them of happiness that once was, stinging and pushing forwards, they close up in their own worlds, lonely and separated from their core. To find love, a Taurus has to travel the world, change perspective or make a shift in their entire belief system and their system of values.
Taurus: They smile like they’ve never cried, fight like they’ve never lost, love like they’ve never been hurt and live like they’d die tomorrow…
I hope you enjoyed this article and found it helpful for this season. Love reading your comments!

Neon Resin Keychains by Kurisu
Hello dears, how is your quarantine going so far? What about your hours of sleep? Lately I have had a very ruined sleeping schedule which means that I don’t how I get very hyped during the night and I’m very energetic to do everything. Then of course I end up sleeping when the sun comes up and waking up very late! The whole point is that during one of these sleepless nights I got a very new idea! I have always been obsessed with videos around internet about resin artworks. It seemed very satisfying to me how a liquid turns into a solid object and how it transforms after you take of the molds. So, I thought why not to try this very fun activity while in quarantine to pass the time and create as much as I can. I didn’t hesitate and directly ordered any item needed to create resin pieces. There is an app in Vietnam called “Lazada” where you can order local products so, I found a few shops based in Ho Chi Minh City and the order came earlier than I thought! (tears of joy) I made a few experiments so I could train a bit myself working with a whole new material for me and I have to admit that it takes more skills and strategies than I thought but is still very fun and beautiful. From all possible kind of molds I also chose the “Buddha” collection and I got inspired to use neon pigments to fill in the image of “Laughing Buddha” for it stands for Happiness and Joy which we need a lot these days. According to the neon pigments I got, I thought to make a collection of seven Laughing Buddha – Keychains with a color for every Chakra! So here you go:
The chakras are energy centers associated with particular parts of the body, and are considered an interface between the physical and non-physical levels of a subtler anatomy of a human being. In Buddhism chakra is described as a “circle” – referring to the conception of rebirth. Our chakra mapping contains 7 main chakras, located at: the base of the spine, lower pelvis, solar plexus, center of chest, throat, forehead, crown of the head. Each of the chakras vibrates at a particular frequency and responds to different vibrations of light. Within these frequencies each color contains information on several different levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. The color is an aspect of the visible light spectrum with its particular frequency.
This is pretty much how they glow in the dark. This time without the need of UV lights because the neon pigments contains phosphorus and they will always shine in the dark. You should only charge them for a better glow if you put them in front of a lamp or inside the fridge for some minutes and that’s it.
Muladhara – Root Chakra Svadhishthana – Sacral Chakra Manipura – Solar Plexus Anahata – Heart Chakra Vishuddha – Throat ChakraAjna – Third Eye ChakraSahasrara – Crown Chakra
I hope you liked my first resin piece collection. If you are interested to buy any of the “Laughing Buddha Keychains” you can contact me here via Facebook or Instagram (find them attached in my Homepage).
Now that I am wondering, should I write an article about the steps of using resin to create solid pieces of work? For further questions, let me know in the comments below!

O.Z.O.R.A – Psychedelic Tribal Gathering Festival
Hello everyone! Since we are all staying home and I can’t go out to take some pictures, I thought to dive in my archives and see through the memories. Suddenly I remembered that I never got to post on the website about my experience in “O.Z.O.R.A” Festival, a Psychedelic Tribal Gathering. I rechecked the pictures and there were lots of them so embrace yourselves dear readers, this is going to be a very long post! During the trip from Tirana to Budapest I have been holding a notebook where I would write down everything special that I needed to have with me forever. So here I am reading that notebook again just to make sure I haven’t forgotten any important detail to mention. The very long trip we took by buses, made the awaiting even harder. But since we arrived, even the air started to feel different.
Ozora Festival Main Gate
On the way to the gate I bought some wine to have a proper opening of the journey. I set down next to the main gate waiting for our friends to come and in the meantime I took some pictures of these cute puppets holding the gate.
After a few hours and a bottle of wine, my friends arrived and we got a bit stuck in the line to enter and in the meantime, it started a heavy rain. We had to run with our luggages in the dark, following the noise and other people. When we finally thought we were inside that massive Luna Park, we put one of our tends on the ground and got inside to take a deep breath and stop for a minute. Now that I remember, we were so tired from the trip and the rain in the dark made it even harder. So we tried to change our clothes to not get sick and put everything inside the tend and went exploring. The first thing we went to, was the cafeteria and that was the moment when I realized I was in the promised land. All those people were so happy, excited and laughing with each other. Some of them were screaming from happiness and howling like wolves. Oh my, I was so happy that moment! I started talking to a few new people who were sitting next to us and it just felt so great!
After having some dinner and drinks, we got inside the “Dome” an amazing stage designed as a dome made of wood. The paintings inside were amazing and full of neon lights! Everywhere you could see around was made of sparkle, colors and excitement. Everybody dancing!
Notes from my Notebook: The “Dome” was simply amazing! The decorations, the lights, the art, the vibe, everything! I got to listen to some of my favorite DJs: Arjuna & Giuseppe (Parvati Records)…I was waiting for this “Day 0” for so long because of these two artists! It is very exciting to listen to some of your favorite tracks being played by them at that moment and everybody was dancing through those rhythms. My heart was going crazy as I was dancing and feeling the heat. Man this was only day 0!
– Arjuna thank you for your magic! Can’t describe the feeling of receiving your energy LIVE while you were playing some of my most favorite tracks! – DJ Giuseppe thank you for your warm welcoming, your work, inspiration and the unforgettable set! I wish there were more people like you on planet Earth!
29.07.2019
After dancing a few hours it was about time to check on our lonely tend and rest for a while for the other day would be long. The Sun came up and we finally found our tend easily. We started to explore the area a little bit more and found a “hill” which we climbed by holding on to a rope. I’m usually very afraid of heights so that rope kind of taught me a lot those days.
So these were our tends always recognized by my Aum Flag which I take with me in very special places and trips. It was so much fun having your tend surrounded by other ones. It felt like having neighbors and that was a hell of fun too!
Day 1: All fresh and clean to start the day!
Such a happy Elf!
So after we had our breakfast which I have to say, was really good, the food in OZORA Festival in general was good and delicious, we decided to explore this Psychedelic town by chilling from a place to another, taking pictures and making friends.
When I see through these pictures I feel so proud of our look! I mean, look at us, never looked so beautiful before! A mix of colors and smiles.
Shopping time! Got to love all the shops located there! So many artists exposing their pieces of art for all the adorers of crafted jewelries and handmade clothes. That shopping spot to me was heaven. I would pass there everyday to get lost in those beauties and try new stuff on.
Just two couples going shopping on a Psychedelic Festival. Life was great!
These giant crystals were located behind the Main Stage on a hill. The view from there is wonderful!
And after passing through the giant crystals, you can go for a walk in the Ozorian forest where all the trees have faces decorated in neon and UV lights.
Day 2: Getting ready for the opening ceremony of the Main Stage. The excitement is real!
But first, let’s read the newspaper, “The Ozorian Prophet” – a daily newspaper about the everyday news from Ozora Festival and everything else related to the Psychedelic Culture. The coolest newspaper I have ever read! Also in the picture, me and my friend Daniel are set down to a speaker, just for a better wake up call…
The magnificent catspired “art-chitecture” called “Cat Chapel” made by the wood wizards Wood Vibe Tribe
The Ozorian Lake
Tea time before the opening ceremony. There is a Teahouse where you can drink a flavoursome variety of organic herbal and medicinal teas and healthy potions any time of day or night for free and made with love. Cheers!
This was a very magic moment! All the people were standing around the main stage waiting for the fire to get lit. After that moment, everybody including us started running very fast straight to the stage. I can’t describe that intense feeling of that moment. It felt like the ground was shaking from around 70,000 people running! And when I got myself inside the crowd I really couldn’t believe we were that much!
Lovely decorations of the Main Stage made by Retextil
That day we met Astrix! It was a very hot morning dancing in his melodic rhythms. He gave as a poster of his brand which I still have and right now is up on the wall. Thank you Astrix!
PUMPUI stage
Day 3: Aren’t we the most fabulous “Fantastic 4”? Haha
The day we met Giuseppe and had a very inspiring conversation. We were dancing when we saw him and ran to meet him. Oh, he was so kind and welcoming. He had an amazing ability to make the atmosphere happier and happier. Every word we shared meant a lot and I will never forget them. Thank you Giuseppe!
MIRADOR – The Tower and Art Gallery of Ozora FestivalI’m in love with this piece by Tessa Mythos called “Universal Mother”“Mindfusion” by Awer Art
That day me and my friend Judit, got inspired to make a painting. Near the Mirador there was a sweet nest called the “Compass” standing as an installation related to workshops, lectures and art therapy. It was so nice working with this very kind group of people who liked to create. Wish all the workshops worked like that!
That’s what we came up with! Ceramic vases and other artworksMIRADOR by night
“Novelty Engine” is a musical/visual collective with a variable line-up created by Ajja Leu. Ajja is one of my favorite psytrance artists! It was very fun watching him playing the guitar this time and enjoying the joyful atmosphere of psy-reggae sounds.
Notes from the Notebook: Is there any better way to start the month?
01.08.2019
After he finished the live act, we waited for him at the door to meet him again. First time we met him was a few years ago in Skopje, Macedonia where he played in a club there. We gave him a present and also in Ozora we did the same thing but this time our gift was together with a picture of us three. He was very happy to see us again and we were of course very high from the excitement! I would always want to meet Ajja every time I’d have the chance. His music, his art and his energy are very precious to us! Thank you Ajja!
A moment of peace at the Dome where I caught Asura, that one artist who made me fall in love with Downtempo genre. The only times I have enjoyed downtempo in parties or festivals have been only when I myself have played such genre. So to me it was a paradise being in a crowd of people dancing to that kind of music. Also Asura played some of the tracks that I have also played so that moment to me was very emotional. Some tears came out while I was waving my body round and around. Thank you Asura for the amazing moments!
Good morning!Crystals, crystals everywhere!ARTIBARN by night – An alternative barn which awaits visitors to learn ancient and modern ways of creativity. An open space for everybody to learn.Goa experience in the Rain! Music by Astral Projection
Just another picture with our beloved Ajja after he finished his psytrance set. Little did I know that day, that this would be the best picture of the whole journey!
Views after the Mains Stage was closed.
I’ve always been conscious that O.Z.O.R.A is considered one of the leading festivals around the world but never thought it was this Big! Not only physically but also the energy there was so high I can’t describe. I mean, it feels so damn wonderful to see people creating such beautiful artworks in a professional level inspired by their true visions or external factors and yet creating a peaceful and very kind community who thinks and lives alike.
Freedom is the essence… Peace is the tool… Love is the Law!
O.Z.O.R.A taught me so many meaningful lessons besides leaving me with an amount of inspiration no place has ever given me until now. I feel the need to thank everyone who has worked and still works to make this happen and grow bigger year by year! Humanity needs more such gatherings where they can express their true self and fill the emptiness in their hearts. Only the idea that we get to meet all the psychedelic tribes once a year gathered in a place makes me feel so grateful. We’re really bigger than I thought we were!
Of course there are a lot of things I couldn’t mention because right now I’m convinced that if I could write everything about everyday spent in this festival, I would definitely be writing a book! Hope you enjoyed the article as much as I did. If you have any question about the Festival, ask me in the comments below.
Stay home and dive through your archives too! Love, Kurisu
Grow through the Dirt
Hello there! It’s been a while since all the world is driven into a completely new situation and our daily lives are not the same anymore. The outbreak due to Coronavirus has affected us all no matter how used are you to stay locked home for a long time. As a freelancer and also a Taurus (known for the laziest sign of the Zodiac and also the kind of person who always prefers to stay home and invite people over than hang out…) well, I’m a bit used to it but not this much! I prefer staying home when out there is nothing worth to leave my personal Temple BUT once in a while I go exploring different spots and new places, you know I need my dose of inspiration as creative and a…Taurus? But let’s not stick to the Zodiac because I’m afraid this article would never end. Let’s stick to how beautiful it is to stay HOME! I mean, you wake up whenever you want, you prepare the best breakfast by taking it slowly, have your coffee, have a skin and hair care routine like you always prefer to do, light some incense sticks, put your favorite relaxing music and make love to the amazing person reflected in the mirror. Basically this is what I do everyday and then I open my laptop and start working on my daily schedule until I put a tick in all the stuff I had to do. Meanwhile I can have sometime to relax, cook, eat and I make sure to dance everyday. Spending time with my lover and my baby cat is my personal therapy and I make sure to do the daily workout with him every afternoon (very important). Despite the situation, each one of us can use it by taking care of ourselves and loved ones more than usually. Have your day scheduled your own way even if you have to clean the house (that you should so put some heavy music meanwhile, it helps). A hot bath and some meditation before sleep is the key to avoid anxiety! Also it’s time to make all the fantastic mixes of different herbs and create a tea recipe for each day of the week, because it’s fun I think.
One of the parts I enjoy most doing home, is chilling on my rooftop which is full of plants and flowers and there’s also a big aquarium as a house for a couple of big fishes with their babies! I go there almost every day to enjoy the view of Saigon in the shades of sunset. Here is where I get my eyes relaxed after working on vectors and pixels by watching as far as possible. Some exotic fruits and lots of water, the world is mine. Oh, by the way, that self care routine has made me straighten my hair like I never do se here, I serve you some straight haired Kurisu in her rooftop that she loves so much. Oh, and if you see my feet dirty, don’t worry…I prefer staying barefoot around here.
My last advise is: Stay positive no matter how cliché this sounds. If we all stay positive and take care the right way, all this shall pass. Think about how amazing is the fact that the our Mother Nature is finally breathing! Not that she hates us but because we used to be so busy to think about how much she gets hurt just because we use machines to even go to work in the morning. But this planet is our only Home, our shelter, our main source of energy and life. I think sometimes we as humans need to pass through changes and difficulties so we can learn. That’s the only way! When all of this is over, I’m sure that all of us have learned a lot of our past behaviors and I really hope that we will all be more responsible and caring for the environment, animals and air pollution. If we are managing to change our lifestyle, we can manage to change many bad habits for a better life, a better planet, and a better us.

Alyssa
Hello dears, Today’s article is about another eye catching dress I found in my favorite shop in the city, Sinhtolina ! This time, I go again with floral patterns, a never ending love story! But Alyssa is a title inspired by the Sweet Alyssum flowers. As a plant name, Alyssum comes from the Greek alyssos, meaning ‘curing madness’. It is believed that it’s scent promotes peaceful energy and spiritual and emotional balance if planted around the house. Starting from this, I guess you can tell the sweet harmony between the white floral pattern and this special shade of grey. This specific shade looks like the color of charcoal. Not too black, yet not too white. I think it stays perfect with any kind of skin tone!
Alyssa Dress comes in Cotton fabric which helps a lot with the hot weather and it’s designed in a way that you ladies don’t really need to wear any bra! It’s very airy and flattering. I’d say it is the perfect dress to free your body under the free spirit designs and look stunning! Love the shape of the open back and the embroidered work around the corners of the fabric. I prefer wearing it without heels (not like I ever wear heels) but I mean, it’s maxi long, it helps you look taller anyway! Don’t you agree?
If you happen to be visiting Ho Chi Minh City or are based here, visit the shop at these addresses: – Sinhtolina 2B Lê Văn Miến, Thảo Điền, Quận 2 – Mayhem Saigon 136/1 Lê Thánh Tôn, Quận 1 – The Backyard 19 Đường số 46, Thảo Điền, Quận 2 – LIVIN Collective 77 Bạch Đằng, Nha Trang
Hope you enjoyed the pictures and don’t forget to check Sinhtolina for the best quality of clothes with a touch of Bohemian and elegant style for warm weather!

Lunar Spring Day
Every 14th of March in Albania we celebrate the “Summer Day” which may be the only pagan practice that still takes place nowadays but particularly popular and saved as a tradition in my home city: Elbasan, Albania. The practice stands in a specific celebration which marks the coming of Spring Season or the Lunar Spring Day which is a practice that also happens in other different countries that still manifest their pagan beliefs. Some sources date this celebration back to Ancient Illyria which used to be celebrated in 1st of March that according to the Julian calendar, corresponded to the first day of the year.
Most of all the pagan beliefs are mostly found on the Albanian folklore, myths, legends, rituals and tales. The elements of Albanian mythology are Paleo – Balkanic of origin and almost all of them are pagan. Unfortunately, the purity of the celebration has weakened over the centuries but is still celebrated (a bit different but still) from all Albanians nowadays thanks to the city of Elbasan.
In this special day, I thought to share some of the handcrafted jewelries made by @Smeruci which some of them I have had the chance to try on. I really love their works for to me they represent a creation inspired from their genesis, Albanian motives and art associated with semi precious stones like crystals and gemstones for a great grounding and purifying experience. It’s like a modern approach of creations based on old beliefs and tradition mixed with the imagination and creativity of two beautiful souls. * * * Good news is that you can also get a discount of 10% by using the code “CIRCLEOFKURISU” on Smeruci’s Etsy account: https://www.etsy.com/shop/SmeRuci

Red Wine
Hello again from me and Sinhtolina! This time I chose another handmade item at the shop which is a jumpsuit designed in cotton silk fabric. It’s called “The Vapor Jumpsuit” for the good reason that it is so light it feels like soaking into air or like wearing nothing! I mean seriously, it is very comfortable and at the same time it shows very beautifully all the feminine body lines. I also adore it for it’s special color which is similar to the tones of red wine…I love every shade of red but especially dark red wine! I find the need to mention again my latest obsession with the open back and also love that the jumpsuit is a bit oversized from the waist and down. What’s more elegant than maxi-long clothes anyway?
The jumpsuit comes in different sizes for all women and you can also order it online at the facebook page: Sinhtolina and Instagram: @sinhtolina World Wide Shipping!
Address: 2B Le Van Mien, Thao Dien, Dist 2 (6.71 km) Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Handmade accessories which fit perfectly with the “red wine” tone and a bit of cyan and aquamarine details.
From Saigon with Love!
Grit & Grace
So what is next? Where is this swirl of thoughts really taking me? They shiver my body making it move like haunted as if it was a light feather in open air. Oh, I need this place! A place where birds sing, sun shines all the time and the sea dances…and together with them, all of my questions. Shall they be connected and jump from wave to wave always together so maybe one day they can also jump into a conclusions. Not that it matters as long as you have the other goods… A place where the voice of Earth can be heard clearly. Better listen to her instead of unnecessary conclusions for I’m sure that her gifts give you grit and give you grace so later you can start over from experience and not breakage. What was the question again?
We all carry a little world inside of us, neat and strong and full of purpose. Most of the time I long to romanticize it as if I were in fire from within. Feeling hazy but not over for I should never let anything threaten the joy…that kind of joy, sweet like honey. They say it’s never too late to leave when you want to leave so maybe I am lucky to be one of those blessed with rage and whose soul always aches to wander. So, I stole these moments to wander again through these bright shades of yellow and tastes of ground. Sweet like honey is this too to me…And while I perform my uncertainties and all this fogginess of sparkle, I shall remind you just in case you foolishly forget, to never let yourself feel anything less than whole. Because sometimes this is the way to find the true direction. That glorious way of leading into that whole big world within and outside of you and me. Who knows anyway? I just hope to meet you in a place where you are who you want to be and be whole and be kind and be fierce.

Sinhtolina, Clothes made with Love…
Hello everyone! Spring is just around the corner and the city is already filled with different kind of flowers of different sizes and shapes although it doesn’t change anything according to the weather. It’s always Summer! In this case my wardrobe is filled with light summer clothing only! Sometimes I miss the winter clothes but I have to admit, light clothes are way nicer for they have more vivid colors and bring out more shapes of your body. Having said that, I am very excited to present you a very cool brand I have found lately in Saigon which sells all I need for this never ending Summer!
The brand is called “Sinhtolina” and it sells handmade female clothing which are very suitable for warm weather. Their main focus is creating custom made kind of clothes such as dresses, jumpsuits, kimonos and two pieces outfits, top and skirt combined perfectly together. What I love most about Sinhtolina‘s designs besides the ‘Free Spirit’ concept, it’s the open back which shows very beautifully that part of the body making the outfit look very sexy and feminine! Also all the designs are maxi long which for me is definitely a goal! I mean, I have always been obsessed with maxi long dresses but Sintholina‘s are also very flattering and most importantly, comfortable!
The dress I took has exactly all the details I adore, starting from the open back, it is maxi long and the material comes in a very thin cotton fabric which for me it is very necessary for this hot weather. I also love the floral pattern and the perfect shade of red for sure! It is very elegant and for it’s size I prefer wearing it without heels. So, I wore it together with these boho style flat sandals knitted with black leather ropes made in Vietnam. What do you think of the outfit?

All of the Neon Lights!
Dear Blog, After enjoying my Holidays in Mũi Né, it’s time to get back in the noisy and incredible city of Saigon. It’s exactly this chaos that reminded me why I like this city so much. So I decided to document myself in some scenes in one of the most well known streets, “Bùi Viện”. It’s a big street located in District 1 which is always crowded and definitely a must visit if you’re traveling around Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The first thing I noticed was all those beautiful lights and so many colors everywhere. There are a lot of shops, bars, clubs, restaurants, spa centers, Hotels, markets etc…Actually you can find everything in Bui Vien…Oh there are also lots of Tattoo Studios so keep notes! You can find a huge number of people selling street food there. Vietnamese dishes are worth a try in this cool area. If not a fan of street food, there are also lots of western restaurants with many options. Don’t forget to try the Vietnamese beers and drink lots of them! I mean the weather here just makes it perfect to have a couple of beers or three…
I really like the decorations in every facade of each building. There are used lots of Chinese style decorations, UV Neon Lights, multicolored charts etc. When I first saw the big picture of this street before entering, I was like “This is exactly what Asian countries would be drawn in my head!” but then when I entered, I realized that I have to be very careful for that place is so full of people and motorbikes, your precious items might probably get stolen. I’m just saying…
What makes this street so crazy is also the loud sound which comes from every club and bar possible! So if you are planing to have a relaxing night in the city, do not go in Bui Vien. But if you’re willing to experience an asian fun night with friends, drinks, music, games or whatever you wish to do, that’s the place to go!
Hope you enjoyed the pictures! See you soon, Kurisu
Waves of golden sand…
While enjoying the relaxing beaches of Mui Ne, we thought it would be great to explore the place a little more. Vietnam in general is characterized by a tropical climate making it littered with diverse vegetation and wet environments. This is why is so surprising and exciting that in the area of Mui Ne you can find deserts! So without thinking it twice, me and my friends rent a bike to ride by the wide coastal roads that would lead us to two sets of giant sand dunes, “The White Dunes” and “The Red Sand Dunes”.
The White Sand Dunes are 50km away from Mui Ne central and is the most attractive place to visit. They are by far the larger dunes and are known by locals as “Bau Trang” or “White Lake”. I would recommend to go there by the sunset for the Sunlight is smooth enough to enjoy all the beauty of it’s reflection on the dunes creating golden sparkles in the air. I was amazed by the natural waves on the surface created by the wind which make an irregular yet beautiful pattern. The sand is so soft it makes you want be lying there for a while but the wind is stronger than I thought and sometimes the sand floating in the air makes it hard to enjoy the view…and it makes it even harder to pose!
But in the end, this is one of the most epic views I’ve been able to see! I mean, it has a sense of peacefulness yet so furious and unstable. It’s amazing how these giant dunes move from place to place by the wind. Also got to admire the different tones of colors from an angle to another…It’s so warm!
I was wearing this shamanic themed shirt I thought would be the best outfit for a desert. It immediately put me in the right mood when posing over there! Isn’t this just the right place to wear this shirt? I thought so too!
Things you should take with you when visiting a desert: 1. Sunscreen 2. Scarf so it can protect your hair or your body 3. Water! 4. Hand sanitizer 5. Comfy shoes 6. Sunglasses 7. Mask or bandana
Hope you enjoyed the views! If you have any questions for tips and advices, right them down in the comments below. See you again in my next trip!

A vast radiant beach…
Dear Blog, As long as I’m on Holiday following the tradition of the Chinese Lunar New Year, I would like to share with you a new experience in another town in Vietnam, called “Mũi Né“. This is a coastal fishing town in the south-central Bình Thuan Province, is like the best ward of the city of Phan Thiết. It took us 5 hours by bus from Ho Chi Minh City and the buses were with beds instead of normal seats which is the coolest thing so far for my sleepy head who always wants to nap during road trips. The average temperature is 27°C, and the climate is hot and dry most of the year. The first thing I noticed when I arrived was the large number of palm trees! Very high and beautiful ones which would be located everywhere along the coast. So basically this is the first tropical beach I have experienced and also my first swim in the Pacific Ocean!
Sunsets in Mui Ne have reminded me of my old songs special playlist mentioning “The Doors” or “Pink Floyd”. * * * “A vast radiant beach in a cool jeweled moon Couples naked race down by it’s quiet side And we laugh like soft, mad children Smug in the wooly cotton brains of infancy The music and voices are all around us.”
Mui Ne Fishing Village boasts a splendid view of an expansive coastline lined with swaying palm trees and colorful fishing boats like these ones up in the picture. These boats were designed in a circular shape different from any other boat I have seen before. The fishermen here use a totally different technique on how to sail these boats. It’s very interesting to see what they have caught during their mission. I tell you guys there are a lot of small crabs on the seashore which you can notice mostly during the night when they run very fast while you may be walking besides them.
This place is perfect to relax and chill during your holiday season! I would recommend it mostly for couples and friends. Try the hostels and the local restaurants for the best dishes, sea food and especially the vegetarian dishes!
Until next time. Kurisu
The first morning of the first day…
Before I start writing this article, I would like to wish everyone, “Happy Lunar New Year 2020!” (Chúc mừng năm mới!) Is my first time celebrating the Chinese New Year and you have no idea how happy and excited people are about it. Differently is called “Tết” shortened from “Tết Nguyên Đán” which means “Feast of the First Morning of the First Day” and I think that’s very beautiful and meaningful! The Lunar New Year is based on Chinese Lunisolar calendar calculating both the motions of Earth around the Sun and of the Moon around Earth. During these celebration there are two weeks of Holiday so everyone can gather with their families. They start forgetting about the troubles of the past year and hope for a better upcoming year. Vietnamese consider Tết to be the first day of Spring, for during this period there are lots of flowers blooming everywhere and the city is fully decorated with them! Every door of a house has some vases of pink peach flowers or yellow apricot flowers. The city right now is almost empty and it’s a very strange feeling because Saigon is always crowded in every street! But now that people are on Holiday, everyone has traveled or got back to their hometown. While I am still exploring the city and enjoying the peacefulness like never before. On the first day of the Lunar New Year, people go to Temples and Pagodas to pray for the year to come…And I did the same by visiting another new and majestic Temple!
I was wearing this lovely dress by Wildfrika. I love the red details which also match with the celebration and combined them with my leather boots and the cute heart shaped sunglasses. Got to admit, I’ve always marked myself as the Queen of Hearts…I’m ruled by Venus, what did you expect? haha
The Temple is called “Pháp viện Minh Đăng Quang” located in District 2. It’s one of the greatest and biggest Temples I have visited in the city with lots of high Pagodas and stairs to climb. Many people were there at that day and the energy around was high while everyone was cherishing that glorious day.
See you soon, Kurisu
Over the Rainbow
It was one of those lazy Sundays when you just want to find a nice place where you can relax and stay away from the noises of the city. Lucky me to have a friend here who knows some of the best places to enjoy the days off. So if you’re visiting Saigon, check out “Phú Mỹ Hưng” – A modern neighbourhood, located in District 7 turned into a multifunctional urban area from the wetlands. Besides the Crescent Mall and the cozy Cafes, there is a giant park by the lake full of lotus marshes, plants and trees. You can sit anywhere on the grass and enjoy the green view decorated with bamboo structures and the famous conical Vietnamese hats. I was lucky to catch the sunrise moment so here are some pictures I took:
I was wearing: Tezenis Crop Top Zara Skirt H&M green checkered Jacket Dr.Martens leather Boots LC Waikiki leather bag
– Handmade Pendant made with shells, bought in Santorini, Greece Stradivarious Earings
And we are not done here! After the Sun goes down you get to see the wonderful view of the “Starlight Bridge” or “Cau Anh Sao” in Vietnamese. This bridge functions also as a fountain which creates a magnificent show by spreading the water accompanied with all the colors of the rainbow! It’s so beautiful and romantic to walk over that rainbow so keep notes about this special spot for your special one! The LED lights over the bridge are so many they create a space themed atmosphere, very big and majestic! I guess this city will never be enough with lights no matter what time of the year!

Interview for “Love, Becca”
Becca:If you’re unfamiliar with the growing trend, a digital nomad is essentially someone who works remotely, often on their own terms, and can therefore have their ‘office’ anywhere from a beachside cafe on the other side of the world, to their living room sofa. While most of the digital nomads you’ve seen online are indeed in Bali, working by the beach, surfing on their lunch break, from here in Saigon you can see that digital nomads are appearing everywhere, and I want in. So, to find out more about what it’s like to become one, I met with Kristiana, otherwise affectionately known as Kurisu, who left her home country of Albania 3 months ago to live in Vietnam.
Q1: So first of all, what would you say is your ‘job’? “I’m a graphic designer and Illustrator, that’s my profession. In Albania I studied Art & Design for 3 years, and worked for 3 years as a graphic designer and also a photographer, blogger, social media manager, photo model etc… In Albania it works like that, if they know how many talents you have they’ll make you do everything.”
Q2: What made you decide to become a digital nomad? “I was kind of bored in my country, I wanted to try a new experience, I was stuck and nothing new was coming my way. My life became a routine of going to work, coming home, weekends were the same… I really wanted a change of pattern, I wanted to challenge myself more, I wasn’t even productive or inspired anymore before I came here.”
Becca:As a freelancer in Saigon, no day looks the same for Kurisu, and she wouldn’t have it any other way. Here, she gets to be her own boss, with much more creative licence than in her old job, not to mention working far less hours, dedicating more time to her other passions of blogging, photography and also DJing!
Q3: Did any particular experience or person prepare you for life abroad? The biggest influence for Kurisu’s move was a friend she has known in Albania, who had already lived in Saigon for two years and suggested it to her as an exciting new challenge. Today, Kurisu couldn’t be more grateful for her, “She helped me a lot with the documents, she found me a house to live in, showed me how to use Facebook to get a job…” Aside from the major differences in the food and weather, “She warned me that life would be a lot more chaotic than in Albania. All the motorbikes, the lifestyle, everything’s always a rush. But only when I came here did I realise how different everything is: the music, the smells, the flowers, everything, I felt like I was in an anime.”
Q4: How soon after you landed in Vietnam did you get your first job? “In 3 weeks. I just got stuck into my laptop searching, sharing my skills, it’s easy here because Facebook is a huge network so you can just post in groups and people will reply to you. It’s easy to find a job here.”
Q5: So now that you’re used to it, what’s your favourite aspect of your lifestyle in Saigon? For Kurisu, the best part of life in Saigon begins the moment she wakes up, as the morning sun fills the room as early as 4:30am, making it easy to wake up in a good mood. “Back in my country, especially during this season, it’s cold and rainy and you just can’t get out of bed.”
Becca:Besides the sunlight and sounds of Saigon waking her up, Kurisu describes having much more motivation to get up and leave early every day, “Back home I would think: “Oh my God another day at work doing the same thing…”, but I don’t have that here.” In her new life, Kurisu recognises the need to hustle each day, as if you’re not active, you’re not paying your bills.
Q6: What do you miss most about where you were living before? Just three months into her first year living away from home, more than anything Kurisu misses her family and her dog. As for Albania itself, “I miss the food, the food in my country is very healthy, I didn’t appreciate it that much until I came here, but now I really do miss traditional food, and my mum’s cooking. But other than that, not much!”
Q7: What have you learned about the Vietnamese community over the last 3 months? “I’ve realised they’re very peaceful people, very positive, very kind. They invite you for things, they teach you about stuff… I have a Vietnamese neighbour and in all the houses I’ve lived in I’ve never had this kind of sweet neighbour… she has helped me find out where to buy stuff… I’ve never had that before.”
Q8: Do you have any major goals for your time abroad? “My goal is to grow, to be more responsible, to mother myself, to be more strong with myself… Being alone helps you to know yourself more and love yourself more. Loving yourself is not just a beautiful process or about treating yourself, it’s about challenging yourself and realising what you’re capable of, even if you’re distracted or not looking your best, you’re learning.”
Q9: Could you ever see yourself going back to a regular 9-5 office job? “Not really, I’ve worked in an office for many years, it’s made me strong, it’s helped me become more professional, I can’t deny that.” But for Kurisu, the major deterrent of going back to working in an office environment is the demanding time pressure rushing her creative process. “Clients think you just open your laptop and create something but it’s not like that, when you’re a creative, you need to take time to think, to do you research, develop a concept, sketch… but you don’t get to be creative a lot of the time at an office because clients really want it today…”
“I used to work so many extra hours… It kind of destroyed me, it destroyed my character, I used to be very angry sometimes, I was stressed, I’d come home and argue with my boyfriend because I was sad…But here I don’t have that pressure, I manage my own time, I don’t have someone telling me when I need to have things done by, I know how to do that myself.”
Kurisu’s dream is to one day train and lead her own team, hoping to be a much better boss than the ones she’s had the pleasure of working for. “It would be very different to how I’ve suffered…When you’ve had the experiences I’ve had you wouldn’t want to inflict that on others.”
Q10: What’s one piece of advice you’d give to someone looking to change their life the way you did? “Believe in yourself. Believe in your skills. Believe in the things you are capable of doing. Because even if you didn’t have the opportunity to prove your skills, you can find those opportunities elsewhere, but you have to take the chance. Even if you lose, you’ll learn something.” You heard the girl, go for it.
I’m so excited to finally write this article for it will represent a short description of another great experience I have had in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. This time I was part of tour around the city with a very cool team who would film the whole tour and would catch the perfect moments of our journey. It was so much fun being part of this team of motorbikes and rolling around some specific points of the city. “Senses of Saigon” here we go!
First things first: Food! Our first stop was in a traditional market where you can find different kind of fruits, vegetables, local traditional dishes etc. I was so happy to be guided by people who actually eat these kind of food in a daily basis while for me they are still so Tropical! haha. So I tried the Dragon Fruit which was red inside different from the other ones that I have tried which were white from the inside. So delicious and juicy! I also learned that there are two different kind of mangos…Guess I will always go for the green and strong one. Yummy!
Say Hi to my lovely rider Tâm who accompanied me the whole journey, sharing our stories and impressions along the way!A very old Chinese Neighborhood
We also visited an old and very important Temple where we lighted spiral incense sticks like we have never done before. At the bottom of the stick would be hanged a red envelope holding your wish or prayer in it. Then the incense stick would be hanged on the ceiling until it will all burn and turn into ashes. Such a magical moment out there!
And oh the incredible “Cà phê sữa đá” (Vietnamese iced coffee)! But this time we tried a very traditional one. We went to a very old bar inside of a market which happened to be one of the oldest and very well known places especially for the coffee. I tell you guys, this coffee it’s the most delicious coffee ever but it is so strong that you don’t need another one for the whole day! I have even come to a point in my life when I do not really need so much coffee anymore…as long as Vietnamese coffee it’s strong enough to keep me up the whole day, well I guess that works totally fine for me!
What can I say about this beautiful neighborhood! All the walls of this hood were painted in colors, flowers, plants and trees…All the same style. You know why? Because there was only one artist who have painted them for years. All he was ever doing was painting and decorating the place where he lives and to me this is beyond inspiring! I’m so glad we also got to meet the artist by chance and had a conversation with him. We also tried to paint a small part of the wall by following his advices! How amazing is that?
Thank you KIX Tours for this amazing experience! It was so much fun rolling with you guys and trying new stuff about this city. Stuff that could’ve taken us weeks or months to try or visit and with you it was possible in one day only!
Hope you enjoyed this other perspective of Ho Chi Minh City!
Love, Kurisu
Affirmations and self Love…
Hello my dears! Long time no see I know…I have been very busy actually on my daily routine. Also this big city never lets you get bored or without doing anything new. I have tried many new things for the first time, have met the best people and shared conversations with people who know how to listen and give the best advices. I have been felt very grateful like never before in my life. I’m grateful and thankful for everything I have achieved, the people who always believed in me and stood by my side and everything I’m becoming and I do. I wake up differently, with a sense of warmth in my heart. I bow to the Sun and start my self care routine. Yes, I’m loving myself more and more and still learning to break patterns that are not meant for me.
So this Sunday morning I visited another Temple located in my neighbourhood called Phuoc Hai Pagoda, or Ngoc Hoang (the Jade Emperor) Pagoda. My sweet neighbor Thanh (the best neighbor I’ve ever had) suggested me to visit together this Temple where she goes and prays in a regular basis. She has taught me lots about Buddhism and has answered to so many questions I’ve had. She also taught me some practices and I followed here when entering the temple. Phuoc Hai Pagoda is one of the oldest pagodas of the Chinese community in Southern Vietnam built around the turn of the 20th century. It worships the Jade Emperor, Bodhisattvas and gods, showing the crystallization of the main ideas of Buddhism, Confucianism and Taoism. But now they follow Buddhist ideas. Different from all other Pagodas, this one didn’t have rooms to climb but all of them were beautifully arranged in one floor when you had to follow each of them from the first to the last one. We bought some candles and a bottle of oil. Candles represent the fire which in this case helps your praying to flow in higher frequencies. We used them first in the room of Health than after prayed, let the candles there. Then we went to another room which was about Love where a monk stood there and sing your name and age while pouring the oil you gave him on a vessel. It was a magic moment especially for the fact that it was also crowded with people and we were all following the same steps together. We also went to the Luck and Money room when they gave me a small red envelope to open home. It was for good luck! Now it has it’s own place on my treasures altar! There was also a very special room for Pregnancy. Couples who couldn’t give birth to a child, would pray there…and it was so wonderful, there were statues of Gods and Goddesses with children around and other people with babies. I left those rooms very energized and peaceful. Couldn’t take any picture inside for I was totally focused and dedicated on the process but the Art inside was amazing! Influenced by Chinese style, it has also been recognized as a national architectural and artistic relic. Also the garden around was full of life! There they have been raising so many turtles, also giant fish and pigeons. Old trees and lots of flowers and oh the most perfect music in the background. What can I say…it was the best way to start a Sunday. Peace of mind, high vibrations, hope and love.
How’s your December going so far? Hope you enjoyed my article!
See you soon, Kurisu
Longevity
A sweet afternoon spent in another garden of a beautiful Temple around my new neighborhood…As mentioned at the previous post, there are so many Temples and Pagodas around from the oldest to the newest so why not to spend the free time at these sacred and peaceful spaces? The one I visited this time was called “Longevity Temple” (Chua Van Tho) which represents the Long Life in Joy and Happiness and the rebirth from many lives and pasts. This temple was full of plants which were not just normal plants but herbal ones that they use for the clinic built inside of the temple. The cure is for free and it’s mostly about bone’s pain and skin. There is also offered delicious vegetarian food! I got to enjoy the beautiful art appeared in many statues of Buddha and meaningful symbols and paintings. In this temple I learned how to bow properly every time I’m in front of a Buddha image or statue to fully honor the presence of his energy. There are different decorated rooms and stairs to climb to go on the top of the Pagoda…The view from above is amazing. It feels like walking inside of a jungle developed into a temple! Love the smell of the flowers and incense sticks lit everywhere. Feelings are up in free air and I felt emotional and very very grateful.
Until next time with love, Kurisu
Wandering around…
Hello everyone! This time I’m going to show you a glimpse of my experience visiting one of the biggest and most beautiful Temples in Ho Chi Minh City. I feel so blessed that this city has so many Temples and Pagodas everywhere. Even in the most unexpected alley next to a shop or a house or a coffee bar, you might find a Temple just right there! In this city there’s a wide variety of religious buildings belonging to different religions from around the world. What amazes me is watching people praying in these temples for they are not just museums to visit and enjoy the ancient art but they are so sacred they practice their rituals and manifest their beliefs in such environments.
So this time I visited the “Buu Long Pagoda” (Chùa Bửu Long) which is a little far from the center of the city but the way to get there is priceless especially if you use the transportation with bike. We passed on different alleys which looked like they were inside of a jungle. The trees are so amazing! I’m so in love with this tropical Nature! This Temple is a Buddhist one with with an influence of style from several Southeast Asian countries such as Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam. It was built in 1942 near the Dong Nai River. In this Temple is worshiped only Buddha and no other Gods like are worshiped in other temples in the region. There are many floors to climb and each one of them has a room with a statue of Buddha where people pray. We had to walk barefoot inside. There is a sort of energy in those rooms…The atmosphere totally changes when you enter. A divine silence and a peaceful feeling. You can’t leave without praying or saying a wish by watching the beautiful Buddha. It just feels so right and emotional no matter what your beliefs stand for. There is a magic unity I felt inside those walls. On the top floor you can see the whole garden of the temple full of trees and wonderful flowers I had never seen before. In this floor there are many revered relics from Buddha and his disciples and these relics are very important and sacred for every Buddhist.
After those divine moments inside the Temple we had a walk around the magic garden. There were many statues of Buddha and wonderful spots to stay and relax in the nature. There was also a giant statue of Reclining Buddha which I adored. We spent some time there enjoying the view and the energy. Can’t describe how happy I felt walking down that sacred place and being part of it. After all, I’m just a wanderer and visiting such places is one of the best things to receive in life. I’m feeling so thankful!
Before I left I bought a bracelet full of Amethyst stones which were being selled in the Temple. I needed a gift from that place charged with that balanced energy and that was totally perfect! Hope you enjoyed this article. Let me know what you think in the comments below. There are many other stories to come from my Asian experience.
Lots of Love, Kurisu
Dancing beneath the Moon…
Hello lovelies! How was your Halloween this year? As I was describing on the previous post, I got myself very involved on this Witchy photoshoot with two other beautiful and talented girls. I had never worn a Witch costume before for Halloween because for me, being a Witch for Halloween was just too mainstream haha. But this time with the help of the talented SmeRuci I got the best Witchy image I could get! Got to love the cape, the handmade jewelry and of course the amazing Make Up by the hands of the Mama Witch, Smeralda! I’m so happy that this time participated also a very good friend of mine, Judit who completed the whole image of three Witches, so different on the looks but with the same purpose! Diversity above all! Enjoy our magic show!
This year I had the most different Halloween from all the previous years! As long as I’m staying in Vietnam, it’s just too different to get into the spooky mood where there is no Autumn! Tropical weather kind of distracted me but I’m so glad that people here take it very seriously even though there are no orange leaves and grey skies. Every bar, clubs or shops were fully decorated for Halloween. Even at schools they take a celebration on this date for the kids. During the Halloween night I was wearing some green Elven ears I bought here which made me look more like a Goblin and I danced the whole night with them on. Met lots of lovely people who enjoy Halloween as much as I do! After all, this was my first Halloween abroad and even though there is no October vibes, it was the best Halloween ever!
What about your costume? Let me know in the comments below. Lots of Love, Kurisu
